Order ribeye with corn and beans and teriyaki and garlic butter twice though doordash first time they gave me a ny strip with fries second time NY strip with corn and beans no teriyaki or butter never had two worse looking steaks in my life and I've been to slot of steak houses for the first time in my life i threw a steak away that was horrendous completely inedible i want me real ribeye

Waiting staff have been amazing time and time again- they are clearly overworked and have a high work load on their shift so I truly appreciate their efforts to not only try but to do it with positivity and a smile. My most recent visit resulted in my Credit card being overcharged $30 and management not being remorseful or offering any compensation. I practically had to pull teeth for one manager to provide the initial to her last name since there are two Ashley’s that work as MOD’s at this location. Mistakes happen, but it’s what we do after that, that determines who we are and what kind of company we’ll be. Unfortunately, the situation has yet to be resolved or any compensation offered for the inconvenience so to avoid the hassle I would recommend visiting the Chesapeake location.Parking: Free lot with pick up spots, handicap, and general parkingKid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sureWheelchair accessibility: Yes!
