I came for the Labor Day weekend and I have to say Chris Grant Annlee Dori and Vicki made my day. They were all very upbeat and on top of things and the place was packed but they made sure everything ran smoothly for breakfast and that everyone had everything they needed they really are an amazing crew!

Our family tries to take a family vacation each year. This year we chose the Comfort Suites Beachfront for the 3rd time. The facility is clean, neat, and a good value. It's located on the beach with 95% beachfront suites with nice-sized balconies. The rooms are good size with welcomed amenities. They have a very nice outdoor pool that goes from 3 1/2 feet to 8 feet in depth. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of our main reasons for choosing Comfort Suites is the breakfasts that they serve. They have a wide variety of favorite breakfast foods that are available from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. This year they had a new head chef Chris Grant. The menu that Chris provided was incredibly thorough and super delicious. You could immediately tell that it was home-cooked with skill and love. Chris has a staff comprised of Vicki, Annlee, and Dori who assist with the cooking. In addition to our family, there were numerous other diners who were expressing their enjoyment of the food as well as the loving and friendly personalities exhibited by Chris and his staff. We looked forward to our breakfast experience every morning. We are already looking forward to our family vacation in 2024 which will again be at the Comfort Suites Beachfront and we will be up and ready for breakfast each morning! I would also like to shout out their housekeeping staff. They do an excellent job and are very friendly and personable. I highly recommend the Comfort Suites Beachfront for your vacation accommodations.

Rocky (Parking Lot Attendant) was AWESOME. He was helpful with our children, gave excellent advice on what to do & a GREAT sense of humor? He also handled multiple positions and performed many tasks around the property.

The room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. Chris Grant and his team (Vicki, Annlee and Dori) provided a delicious breakfast every morning with a smile and plenty of options. The front desk and all the room staff were very helpful and quick to accommodate any request we may have had.

Great medium grade hotel, with excellent service. Right on the beach, with plenty of restaurants right there near the hotel. Pool area is nice as well. Managers were great, even parking attendant Rocky - made us feel at home. Rooms are clean. Great stay. Ricky C.

Hello, a rating of 2 wasn't even close. Spots on dark Dilapidated carpet. Mold, Popcorn ceilings, Shower water leaked onto floors. Breakfast was good. Had to go down for additional toilet tissue Me and another guest. Lol..There for same reason.Scratches on furniture. I think you get the ideal. Lived In beyond. Overpriced.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is right on the beach and in the middle of everything with excellent views from the balcony! We saw dolphins playing in the ocean. The breakfast was excellent every day. Chris, Vicki, and the rest of the staff kept the pans full with hot breakfast options. The front desk staff was great especially Rosemary, she always had a smile on her face. The rooms are a little dated and can use some TLC but the were clean. The only issue was the elevators only one of them was working during our stay. One night we had to use the stairs to get to our room 9 flights!! The elevator was repaired on the day we checked out. I will use this hotel again and did when we returned for another two days. Will stay here again.

Not sure why this is rated as high as it is. Just checked in and totally regret it (Rm 910). Trim around window and door is coming off. There is either mold or dirt in the shower. The only good thing is that maintenance came up immediately to try to clean it but unsuccessful. They immediately moved us to a much better room. For the rate, none of these rooms should look like this. I give an A+ to customer service, but rooms need some work. Don't think I will be back to this location.

Our breakfast was fresh and well presented. The upbeat personality and service of the staff, a father-daughter combo, was a pleasure. Music in the background provided a nice, happy start to the day. We only stayed one night, but we would have definitely returned for breakfast!

Staff was kind of rude upon arrival but warmed up over time. I think this is a hidden local spot. Not sure they want any tourists there.
The stay was great and accomidating, but the best and everyone's favorite part of the stay was the breakfast experience. Chris and Vicki are father and daughter chefs and when I say they keep fresh food coming and make u feel like family, that's real. We're all coming back just 4 the breakfast lol ?

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and well-appointed with all the essentials provided. The best part about this hotel was the staff!! Vicki and Chris helped us start each day with a smile. Chris's enthusiasm was amazing and he always made us feel like we were the most important part of his day! Rocky and Rosemary were gracious enough to help me out of a real jam with my car and the ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and requests, even recommended a great pizza place! There are plenty of hotels in Virginia Beach but I'm sure the Comfort Suites has the friendliest staff which made our vacation so much better! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great hotel, clean and everyone was friendly! Rocky was amazing he made sure we were good at all times!! Definitely coming back to visit again! Our room had an amazing view and it was a very safe atmosphere! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This hotel is older, but very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. Chris Grant, Vicki, and Rosemary were delightful and they could not have been more concerned about serving the customers. We watched them interact with the guest and each time they were were pleasant, friendly and kind. Great asset to this hotel.
