If I could give it a zero I would! The service was horrible the red headed white female at the window was the nastiest pets I have met in my life It took 20 minutes to get two hotdog and one regular cheeseburger and fries. They made us pull up and wait insane. The level of Customerservice there is horrible.

I ordered 2 corn dogs, fries, and a strawberry slushy. I should have inspected my bag before I pulled off 😒. When I looked at the fries when I was about to eat them, they looked shriveled and overcooked. They were hard. I will inspect my food when leaving any establishment going forward.

DO NOT eat here. The service was great. Problem? I ordered 2 chili cheese hot dogs, a regular foot long, 1 medium coke, 1 large coke no ice, Oreo shake, and a medium sprite. Foot long came out with chili cheese and no large coke. I waited 10 minutes for the replacement hot dog Before we left I ordered 3 more shakes and another chili cheese hot dog. I ended up leaving without the hotdog. Said something to the manager. Instead of apologizing or going to find out what the hold up was he just sat there.

Iv been coming to this Sonic since Iv moved in September, it’s been pretty good up until this past 2 weeks every single night I went after 10… they refuse to make blasts and shakes.. stating that the machine is broken. This is absolutely a lie and complete laziness. They never had that problem before till new people started. I think the manager needs to fire and figure out their night staff before this goes further. Absolutely waste of time and money. The entire staff except maybe one is not lazy.

They were out of a few things, which was a bummer, but the person taking orders/running the food out was doing a great job and was super helpful and friendly. I don't like Virginia Beach much, but I'd definitely go back to this Sonic.

Messed up my order. Food handler was great and polite. Manager was very polite and apologetic. I never raised my voice as I was also polite but the drive thru female with the orange hair was very rude and condescending. How are you going to be rude when you personally took my order wrong. She is an embarrassment to your name and workplace. I will never be back.

For weeks this location at 10pm every night either claims the ice cream machine is broke or they are cleaning it , I’m sorry but if you close at 12:30am 1am there’s no reason the machine should be down at this time every night especially when half off shakes starts at 8pm . The food is made like crap and all the workers could care less and they are rude . Simple if you don’t want to do the job you are being paid for then quit . This location needs new management or to simply be shut down .
