I pulled up to the drive thru they immediately ask what I wanted and I asked for a minute, then no one would answer... So I pulled around to the window just wanted a sonic blast and wasn't sure of the flavor. I asked the lady why they wouldn't respond and she said that they thought that I drove off(I honked my horn waiting for 15mins as cars were behind me) I ordered and received a chocolate chunk brownie sonic blast, or so I thought. It was basically vanilla ice cream with brownie sprinkled on top, a very small amount at best. I should have just gone to Wendy's for a frosty it would have been better. I made a bad review 3yrs ago and haven't been back since I thought I would give it another shot but now I would not recommend my neighbors dog go to this restaurant as every experience is just horrible! Seems everyone needs to be Fired and maybe this place could make money! Or turn it into a bank but not with that staffing!

Just went to laskin sonic to get breakfast like 15 mins ago
1. We pulled up to the drive thru and the person taking our order couldn’t have wanted to be at work, because she was monotone and after every little sentence it was “anything else” before we could even get the order out. 2. We finish placing our order and then she just disappears, she doesn’t tell us how much or to pull up just stops talking for 5 mins. I’m assuming she went to make the terrible food we received. 3. We pull up to the window and 5 mins go by and no one has opened the window it basically empty but this is the other assumption that she again is making our food. 4. When she finally opens the window, she passes us the food, and takes our card. We get no receipt so again I have no clue what we just paid for. 5. We check the bag and it’s missing the an order of tater tots. In the matter of fairness I will say she was really respectful in getting the order fixed. 6. Now to the terrible food. We orders a sausage egg and cheese toaster combo with tots and a strawberry limeade. A bacon burrito combo with tots and an oj and then a French toast combo with a fruit punch and a side of tots since that French toast combo doesn’t come with tots apparently. We get the food and the tots are HARD and cold I might as well have gotten some chips with how hard these cold tots were. Then the sausage egg and cheese toaster my husband got the egg was oddly scrambled and burnt ?!?!?!?!?! And the toast wasn’t even toast it was just bread. The burrito I couldn’t even eat because the egg looked so badly and tasted gross. Why are there scraps of the burnt egg in there? My goodness. I’m not sure what’s going on with quality fast food now a days but this is just pure ridiculous this place should probably be closed down with its lack of support. Don’t eat here.

I got DoorDash. The driver said she was not given a receipt. So who this falls on I don’t know. I did not receive the milk shake . The second was the mozzarella sticks were so cooked there was no cheese it had all cooked out. They need to learn to seal items so it’s not like we picked it up ourselves.

My order was completely wrong. I received two burgers when that was not what I order. and there was only one other person in front of me I had to wait like 6 just at the menu board then another 10-15 minutes waiting at the window again just for the wrong order

Lousy service and food that doesn't meet expectations. I often got the wrong sandwich. If the $1.99 menu is wearing you out, it might be time to search for a new job.
Can't even read the drink menu. Whoever put that up must of hated his job. Busted sign made squeezing into the spot hard in a truck. The girl was pleasant who gave me my drink. Its my first time here and needless to say it had that hampton roads charm.

The service was horrible the red headed white female at the window was the nastiest pets I have met in my life It took 20 minutes to get two hotdog and one regular cheeseburger and fries. They made us pull up and wait insane. The level of Customerservice there is horrible.

I ordered 2 corn dogs, fries, and a strawberry slushy. I should have inspected my bag before I pulled off 😒. When I looked at the fries when I was about to eat them, they looked shriveled and overcooked. They were hard. I will inspect my food when leaving any establishment going forward.
