I do not know why this location every time that they say that they’re open till 1 AM, especially on Fridays the young guy and staff shut and lock everything at midnight and say oh we’re not doing that today
Baby! Shayla is a prime example of a kind human. She shines with a welcoming smile and warm customer service. Her attitude is a lesson to others to do better. She is always on top on her game and makes me want to come back. This location is top notch compared to many that i have been too from Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, New York, North Carolina, etc. but Shayla should be promoted to train others on the proper way to do the job and treat customer base!!!

Normally, I wouldn’t write a review for a fast food place, but this particular location has kind of warranted it. On multiple occasions, the store has messed up in order in one way shape or form. The most recent incidents have involved the same food item. When I ordered chili cheese fries, you would think I would get the same quality every time. That has not been the case. Most recently, I ordered the chili cheese fries while running errands, and I couldn’t finish the meal as well as had an upset stomach because The chili wasn’t cooked all the way through. This was evident because the cheese wasn’t melted. Then just today, I ordered it again and not only did they make chili cheese tots instead of fries, when they came to replace the tots with fries, the chili was very greasy. There was little to no cheese, and the packaging was disgusting, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I don’t know what else to do with the store except not go to it, and then also advise others to maybe look elsewhere.

We sat at a car stall for 50 minutes with no food being brought to us. We asked for a refund after 30 minutes, and it still took them all of that extra time. Then we had to go to the door to find out that it would take a couple of days to process the refund. It would have been nice of them to actually convey that procedure to us.

No blame on them. I'm guessing these folks had missed some meaningful training given by person's acute (insightful. effective. not cornholian).
Our Sonic burgers and tots were pretty good, Hot, flavorful, like we remembered. Service was good. Like so many places we visit, not exactly as we remember them, but in such a competitive market, we are willing to give fast food burger places a chance and see how they compare. Sonic did well.

This was our first time visiting a Sonic Drive-In. I had a regular cheeseburger, with fries, and cherry limeade. My husband had their chili dog and tater tots. The food was ok. The cheeseburger was simple, but my bun was mushy on one side. My fries were mostly stuck together, which I didn't care for. The drink flavor was really good.

Came here yesterday and got a double cheeseburger combo with mozzarella sticks. Gavin took my order and was very nice and asked if I wanted to make my combo large which I said yes to. I got my food quick but I got pickles on the burger when I didn’t want them. I came back through the drive through and Gavin was still at the window and was apologetic and sincere and insured it would be remade for me correctly. The mozzarella sticks were fresh and the burger was great. My whole visit even after going through the window twice was no longer than 5 minutes.

These high rating reviews are very fake obviously. Every time I come the ladies on the other end when you order are stupidly rude. If you don’t like your job for the love of god just quit! Food was just as miserable too. Chicken tenders were so flat I could possibly use it as paper. I don’t care to hear the corporate reply under this either. Y’all need better management, so get some instead of telling reviewers to just call or go on the website. It’s annoying, do better.
