First time here, we Stopped by the drive thru today, they gave us our drinks 3/4 they had us pull up to the yellow line waited another 15 mins bring out our 4th drink the kid said have a nice day but we informed him we still haven’t received our food. We sat for another 25 mins they brought our food, came home and all our burgers meat and bacon was burnt and fries well hardly any fries in the container we ordered 4 large fries but the amount we received was more like a small, our drinks tasted so watered down hardly any flavor we will not be back this service was the worst!!

Food that we got was delicious; however, this particular location forgot two things I ordered and messed up one. For context, I ordered mozzarella sticks, a chicken sandwhich, and a few other things. Of my order, the mozzarella sticks appeared to be missing and at the time, the chicken sandwhich seemed to be there (taking a quick look at the wrapping). I noticed that the mozzerella sticks were missing, so I went inside to get them. Upon arriving back home, when opening up the food wrappers, I noticed that what was labeled a chicken sandwhich was actually a burger. Additionally, a burger I actually order plain had condiments all over it. I am very unimpressed with this service and will not be returning any time soon.

Have stopped in here twice this week and both times have had problems. The young lady working the drive thru is very impatient and doesn't listen to what you're ordering or what you're saying. It's very difficult to order anything when she keeps asking if that's all you want. This evening in addition to her rude behavior, she wasn't able to count money. Our total was around 18.00 gave the woman two tens and she kept staring at us and telling us that our total was 18.00 and some change, all the while holding two tens in her hand. When we pointed to the two tens and she said oh never mind. And then proceeded to talk with her coworkers while we waited ten minutes for two ice creams. I will never go to this location again. The manager should be ashamed to have staff that acts like this.

Had to go back 3 times for order because they kept messing it up. My tots were so greasy they made the containers fall apart. Got the chicken wraps and they weren't even wrapped correctly and were also greasy. Gave us mozzarella sticks instead of jalapeno poppers then gave me the incorrect size of poppers ordered. Will not go back to this location.

Have been to this location a few times both times delicious food,this time I went and spent about $150 for my crew to eat, and the food was nasty. It was overcooked and burnt. The fries were cold and old. Everyone in my crew felt sick including myself, after eating this food even one of my crew even hurt his stomach so much he had to quickly relieve himself. I’ve been to this location before and they’ve had outstanding food I don’t understand why, today was bad. Knowing this and not wanting to take another chance I will not be returning to this sonic location.. the staff were great no complaints there got a few things wrong, but that’s normal for a big order. This saddens me because the smash burger is my favorite thing there.

Their Tater Tots and desserts are great! The external card swipe device is the most annoying thing I've ever seen or been forced to use! The cups always feel sticky and have a strange texture. Additionally, you always have to pull over to wait for your food. Between the card swipe thing and always being told to pull into a parking spot to wait for your order, I've given a 3 for service. The Sonic Blast and shakes are better and larger that DQ, so you get 5 stars there. Unfortunately, the prices are high but where isn't it expensive these days?

Really bad service didn’t understand a thing and made me repeat 5time every thing plus had an attitude do not recommend
They only honor half price shakes if ordered on the app or online...but they have turned off online ordering so many times! I told them at the drive thru window and they basically said "not my problem....that's just not my problem" The guy would not just honor the price and get me my shake, so once again, removed it from my online order and left empty handed. Either turn on your online ordering or give people the discount at the window.
