Astronomically incompetent on all levels. I placed an online order, which was picked up by my partner 5ish minutes after it was supposed to be ready. That was a whole ordeal in and of itself. When we got the food home, we realized that they had messed up. I asked for a plain cheeseburger, yet they decided to put everything on it. Not only that, but they put a LOT of everything on it. My chicken sandwich was also cold and my hot dog was almost in multiple pieces. I called the store, no one could figure out how to refund me. Asking for the corporate number was like pulling teeth. After calling the corporate number and being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I spoke to another person who couldn’t do their job to save their life. I know I sound very harsh, but I was charged $26 for a meal that I did not order and I can’t get a refund. I also can’t go back out to the store in person because I have a fractured lower spine. Mistakes happen, and that’s ok, but there is absolutely no reason that refunding me $26 for a completely wrong order should be this hard to get a company the size of Sonic to do.

Ordered the super sonic burrito. The shredded cheese was cold. It was almost as if they had just pulled the cheese out of the freezer. No big deal. I took it home and heated it up in the microwave to melt the cheese. I then decided to open up the burrito to roll it tighter and noticed there was NO meat in the burrito!!!! I called the store serval times with no answer. So, I drove back to the store and gave them the burrito. They replaced it with a new burrito, however, once I got home to eat the burrito I discovered once again there was, NO meat! How do you mess up a burrito twice? So I paid over $7 for a burrito with eggs, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions😡

Sonic is really starting to piss me off by not putting cherries in my cherry limeades.
The store on Holland Rd. is great. The speaker should be replaced, but otherwise great service. My son loves the ocean water drink.

In town for track decided to stop and get double cheeseburger meal and two strawberry slushes. Was giving drinks first then told to pull up to wait for food, while waiting had a taste of our slushes tasted straight like sweet water no flavor whatsoever. Informed the drive thru window cashier, she was nice to remake them but still same no taste. Food finally came after bout 6 minutes, check it and was given wrong burger , had to go back to door and let one employee know she took it and remade it but when I got the burger back like they sat my bun in the grease all covered with it. Very disappointing especially since where I’m from doesn’t have a Sonic and I haven’t had any in a good while.

I went to this location today around 630pm. Ordered at the drive thru, simple mozzarella sticks. The intercom was very difficult to hear what the associate was saying and they had trouble understanding my order as well so that was frustrating to deal with. Then when I got to the window and paid. They took their time opening the window back so I could ask about the missing marinara sauce. Their reply was they don't serve it ..which I've never experienced before so very disappointed they didn't say anything. Never going to Sonic ever again. Mozzarella sticks were good but this could have been handled differently for more enjoyable experience.

I was doing a pickup for Uber Eats. It was three shakes. The server came out carrying three shakes not in any kind of container. When I asked him if I could have one he said oh okay so they went back in and got one. That's fine but then I looked and he didn't even give any straws so I had to go back around and get somebody to get me straws. The girl at the drive-thru just stared at me when I asked her for straws. Both were very young and just poor customer service
