I ordered $16 worth of food last night is 6 burgers in all. Four of the burgers had dried patties in them, they were crunchy. It was like a sold us old food. Last time going here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Levi shaffer, alleged manager, was extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. he made a smart comment about being able to hear me “loud and clear” thru the drive thru just for him to mess my order up THREE times. after badgering he agreed to replace ONE of the three incorrect orders. as a Sonic supporter, this was honestly the worst Sonic I’ve ever experienced.

ordered a garlic butter bacon burger paid and employee read my order back to me before handing me my food. Multiple employees standing there laughing as he hands me it, I get home to find a hotdog in my bag am very frustrated seeing as how i paid for a double garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and got a small plain hotdog.

Astronomically incompetent on all levels. I placed an online order, which was picked up by my partner 5ish minutes after it was supposed to be ready. That was a whole ordeal in and of itself. When we got the food home, we realized that they had messed up. I asked for a plain cheeseburger, yet they decided to put everything on it. Not only that, but they put a LOT of everything on it. My chicken sandwich was also cold and my hot dog was almost in multiple pieces. I called the store, no one could figure out how to refund me. Asking for the corporate number was like pulling teeth. After calling the corporate number and being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I spoke to another person who couldn’t do their job to save their life. I know I sound very harsh, but I was charged $26 for a meal that I did not order and I can’t get a refund. I also can’t go back out to the store in person because I have a fractured lower spine. Mistakes happen, and that’s ok, but there is absolutely no reason that refunding me $26 for a completely wrong order should be this hard to get a company the size of Sonic to do.
Ordered the super sonic burrito. The shredded cheese was cold. It was almost as if they had just pulled the cheese out of the freezer. No big deal. I took it home and heated it up in the microwave to melt the cheese. I then decided to open up the burrito to roll it tighter and noticed there was NO meat in the burrito!!!! I called the store serval times with no answer. So, I drove back to the store and gave them the burrito. They replaced it with a new burrito, however, once I got home to eat the burrito I discovered once again there was, NO meat! How do you mess up a burrito twice? So I paid over $7 for a burrito with eggs, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions😡
