Sat across from drive thru window at the car hop spot pressed red bottom...20 min later I leave cause nobody answered call button or came out to tell me anything or ask anything just ignored me.. and last time I was here I had to go to drive thru twice cause they messed up my food twice

OK, so February of 2024 they had 1.99 double cheeseburgers. I went to get some at 4889 Virginia Beach Blvd on 3 occasions that month. Every time at least half if not all of the burgers I got had dried out burger patties with a dark, dry, crunchy outer ring on the patties (i have pics). The 2nd or 3rd time it happened I sent a pic to the Sonic fb page. They didn't seem to care. So I just stopped going, and I didn't for almost a year until yesterday. I saw they had 1.99 double cheeseburgers on Monday, so I got 5 for me and everyone at the house. All of them were dried out af! Even worse than last year! The kicker is I had to wait 22 minutes to get them! Not even busy, no drive in customers and 4 cars ahead of me in line when I got there at 5:10. Didn't get to the window till 5:26. Then had to pull up and wait another 6 minutes till 5:32 to get the food after paying. I remember thinking at least they'd be fresh and not old and dried out like last year. Just to get home and find out they were even WORSE! Like totally dried out and hard burger patties, and they even smelled bad! Just what the hell are they doing in there taking all that time to bag up some burgers that were clearly made hours prior to my visit? Or is this just how Sonic burgers are?

The younger lady with glasses that took our order on January 14th at 3:05pm has horrible customer service. I had the order 4 times and she kept asking for it over and over. It seemed like she was busy and not at the computer with an attempt to delay until she got to the computer. She was extremely rude when she was finally inputting the order because she read back the order 3 times and it was wrong. We only had a kids meal with slushie and a medium sluchie. Seems simple. When I went to pay she was on her phone with her AirPod in having a conversation and asked for the payment twice. I paid and never got a receipt for my order. My order wasn’t ready and she then said “you will pull ahead. Your chicken isn’t done” who hires or doesn’t quality check their employees???

Service takes too long. Food is cold & stale and the entire order filled incorrectly. No receipt given. Messed up just about everything you can. This place used to be good but management needs to wake up.

Highly upset!!!! Haven't ben to sonic in years but a friend who came in town wanted sonic did not know you can't park and order anymore. Was told to go to outdoor ordering thing that did not work. Decided fine go through drive-thru. Asked if marinara was in bag guy said yes. Reached in bag and wasn't ( no problem with him) parked walked in door and after I said need marinara was told to step out of building. When calling customer service number is constantly busy. Have never been more offended than this situation. Did teach 1 customer service rep and was transferred to voicemail. I see how this establishment goes and will no longer go there

Thank you so much for your help and the kindness your crew showed me when my milkshake spilled in my car. That was amazing service. However I didn't enjoy my burgers. Didn't taste right.

Ordered a Oreo cookie blast only. And it came out with NO Oreos!! It was vanilla ice cream disguised with one crumb of tablespoon of Oreo. Like it was the last bit of Oreo stuck in the corner of the bag
when you throw it away. I swam to the bottom of the cup with my spoon to see if he got creative. Na-da! Just vanilla ice cream. How devastating when you’re expecting what ordered but get ripped off instead. (See photo)

I'm sorry the food was disgusting! The fries were so marinated in oil and burned so salty . The basic grill cheese I opened it it look like burnt rubber in the sandwich. I was going to go back for my money but it appears you all need it more
The lady was polite I think that is all the good review I can give .
