Sonic Drive-In

Tried to order a grilled cheese cheeseburger which is on the menu and is a special and the cashier acted like I was speaking a different language. I explained what it was and got back a burger between two cold cheese sandwiches??? Bread not toasted cheese not melted. Every time I go to Sonic it's trash I still give it a chance and what happens

Home Cooked Meals & a grocery store

The food is good for everyone to enjoy. Our grandkids love the kid's meals. Maybe Sonic could offer chicken bites as a choice, or the chicken tenders. Also a fruit option instead of French fries or tots. They don't like the organic apple juice. Everything else on the menu is great. We like the new ideas and flavor choices. Thank you.

Overall the product isn't worth the price; wouldn't recommend

Ordered 2 regular sized ultimate meat and cheese burritos. Received what looked like 2 Jr wraps (or 2 SEVERELY shrunken regular burritos)with mainly egg (hard skimped on literally everything else from meat to cheese).

I ordered on the app and got to this Sonic at the scheduled pick up time. How does it take 30 minutes to make two basic sodas? Nothing added to them, just a Dr. Pepper and Rootbeer. Yet I still sit there for 30 minutes! This has happened several times before.

Food was spot on. Service seemed to want to be anywhere but here. Best onion rings in world. I will give them that. Prices are insane !!! So much for fast food being cheap.

I was so happy to see that this sonic was still open. All the others around my city have closed down. It was pouring raining and I wanted to find somewhere I could sit and eat. Sonic was the perfect spot. There was plenty of parking and I ordered and my food was delivered quickly. The food was wonderful. Tasted perfect. I was very happy.

Don’t waste your time at either sonic in Virginia Beach! Both of them can’t get an order correct to save their lives. I wanted to give them one more chance. I have no clue why because of course once again my son brings it home and they messed it up. What’s so hard when there’s only 4 items on the order. I will never waste another dime on Sonic!!!

Ordered mozzarella sticks on the app and because I didn’t request any marina on the app, they tried charging me 25 cents. Who orders dry mozzarella sticks with no marinara? Shouldn’t that be included?

I never leave reviews. But this Sonic is the worst experience. Rude staff, food is messed up everytime (I’ve been there 3-5 times in the last 2 months, incredibly slow and today our shakes were melted after leaving the drive thru and they said “it is what it is” highly recommend if you’re in the mood for Sonic to go somewhere else. 0/10

Normally have no issues but today we sat at a stall with the button active for 10 min with no answer. Went to the drive through and she was rude. Pulled up to the window and was not greeted or anything until she rudely asked if we wanted ketchup. Never gave us her name or anything. Middle aged white woman with brown hair. Just not great. Was looking forward to a nice breakfast after working since 9pm the previous night and it kinda sucked.

Service from the window was Absolutely Horrible. No Customer Service at all! I asked for a cup holder and the guy in the window couldn't even open it. He just handed it to me. Absolutely Rude!
