Sonic Drive-In

They cant get any order right. Ive tried different days different time and given it a couple yrs. Still the same. Long wait every single time. Like WHY?

There is one lady there who seems to actually care about little bit now. This place has a long ways to go but maybe with more people like her you can actually enjoy going here again.

Pulled into a stall pressed button to order. No acknowledgement after 10 mins we left and went to cook out. As we drove out 2 employees were speaking with a customer at drive thru window who still had not got their order after waiting a long time. Bad customer service tonight.

Ordered here a few weeks ago. Service was terrible and my order took forever to come out. Honestly would have just let that slide but when I arrived home, I noticed a large object in my Sonic blast. It appears to be the tip to a whip cream nozzle. Both unsanitary and potentially dangerous if someone were to eat it without noticing. I contacted corporate and they notified the franchise owner, who I believe called me once but I was away from the phone, they never followed up after that. It is very obvious from the service here that they are understaffed, typically this would only be a frustration but in this case it also resulted in a potentially dangerous scenario. Avoid this Sonic if at all possible!

It honestly can't get much worse than this. Probably the worst Sonic I've been too. Always got an attitude and take absolutely forever to get your food. Can't wait until these places are run completely by robots so we don't have to deal with these trash people.

This past Saturday night my wife paid for her food and the girl working the window took her card, scanned it in the register then walked around the corner(with my wife’s card) took out her personal phone and looked to have taken a picture of the card. Best case scenario it was a highly unprofessional action and worst case is they have a thief working there. My wife had to cancel her card and get a new one all because the actions of this employee. Beware!

If the owner sees this… fire your manager. This place is terribly ran. Everyone has to pull into handicap parking spots to wait for their food and it’s the longest wait I’ve ever experienced. It’s been 28 minutes and we finally got our food but no drinks so we’re continuing to wait. This place isn’t going to last long and the franchise owner is an idiot for allowing this type of service.
