The music is a louder than the server audio. I see many posts of orders that are wrong and it's probably the reason. If I close my car windows it's still rather loud even though I have special acoustic windows on my car that improve sound isolation. It's very loud. I am sure there is a volume control somewhere.

Look I come here alot bit everytime they have ti have me park waiting on food. That's fine. The issue I have is the restaurant having people park in the handicapped spots. Tonight the uber eats was parked in the 2nd handicapped spot. These spots are for ADA vehicles not to park and wait for food or to pick up uber eats. You need to fix this. If a cop came in to the parking lot and saw that we were parked in a handicap spot, we could easily get a ticket.

I ordered my food and it took like 8 minutes after I paid to get 2 burgers it was a very long wait and would not do it again. Some of there food is worth it but not everything.

Went there to try the new peanut butter. Bacon cheese burger . Didn’t receive that had cold fries cold gator tots and the shake was trash all that money spent my dog didn’t even eat it smh. Never buying from them again. Then on top of it ordered a bot with extra crispy bacon that was under cooked with soft greasy bread.
All around not busy waited when i mean not busy a couple cars about 3 in the car hop locations and 1 vehicle ahead in drive thru line. I i had a decently large order 2 combos a kids meal and a few extras. Waited 5 minutes or so after paying then was asked to pull around to handi cap to wait i waited about 15 minutes for drive thru and 4 orders after mine were gone by the time our food came. Didn't get the condiments requested burger buns are wet from sitting in the foil to long by the time i drove 7 minutes home. Large chili cheese fries are sad the container barely cover the bottom. Wish i could post the photo on this review.
Sonic has pretty good food for on the go. I don’t go there often but when I do I’m fairly satisfied with my order. I’ve never had any complaints about Sonic’s food or their customer service.

I'll give this place 4 stars. Idk why they struggle so much with food readiness, but the last three times going here, I've been pulled up to wait for food. The food is always hot. The last time I had a bread tie in my food??♀️ (after getting halfway through the sandwich) BUT they remade my food (although I didn't want it) the food was freshly made and they apologized☺️ A simple mistake. The employees are also very nice whenever we have visited.
