I have steered away from Starbucks and can see coming back somewhat more. But the times of going four to five days a week are gone. It’s too expensive and does not fit my healthy lifestyle changes.

These people put up with a lot nasty disgruntled disgusting patrons. And they still give EXCELLENT PROMPT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! It's always clean and they actually seem to enjoy what they do. Starbucks should give all of their employees at least a 15% raise. Don't worry, you'll still budget for the coffee!

I normally am a loyal visitor for Starbucks, loyal customer for years. But I am about the point where I am done with going. This is the fourth time I’ve had to have my carpet in my car cleaned because they changed the lids that do not fit their cups. Which causes the coffee to spill into the car because the lid will not stay on. Each time I’ve had the carpet cleaned at a minimum of 49 bucks so I’m spending $50 to drink seven dollars of coffee Starbucks y’all need to do better. And please note this is nothing to do with the people that are actually working in these stores they are delightful respectful and I’ve never had an issue out of them. You need to do better by your associates and your customers

No sit in space!! Just drive through!! What happened to sitting and enjoying a cup of good coffee?? Needless to say I went to dunkins across the rd. At least you can sit and enjoy your coffee slowly!! They Also had a socket to charge my phone!! So they definitely the best of the 2 places.

My favorite starbucks. Their brown sugar cortados with xtra pump brown sugar are the best in virginia beach!! And I have gone to most of the locations. Customer service in the morning is always a blessing and makes my day. I really appreciate them!
