They always make their drinks weak it's like they cut back on ingredients that's the only Starbucks that I go to that has tasteless drinks. There's plenty of other Starbucks on the boulevard.

Disappointed that this location is now pretty much drive through only. Swapping the small but functional indoor space with outdoor seating with heaters/ fans was a poor trade. Between the noise of Virginia Beach Blvd a few feet away and the car fumes from the drive-thru the space is not really usable.

Normally I give good reviews but this was the poorest experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. Two women were waiting for their walk up mobile order when I arrived. They mentioned they had been waiting quite a while as only one of their two drinks were ready when they arrived. There was only one car in the drive up line. No other cars arrived while I was there. Four employees were working inside yet none would make eye contact with me when I came up to the window. Mobile ordered at 5:04 pm, arrived at 5:12. When someone finally came to the window and acknowledged me, they had not even started to make the drink. Waited while the four employees inside keep chatting with each other. My drink was made but placed well inside the window so that one of them had to come give it to me after it sat for several minutes (it was placed by a Starbucks bag so I wasn’t certain it whether It belonged to me). Was handed the drink at 5:25 pm. Thankfully I wasn’t in a hurry to be somewhere. Have never experienced such poor customer service and indifference at this location nor any other location before and it was not close to closing time.

I just order Pike Place with light room for cream. My cup was filled 2/3 of a cup of coffee. I dont expect it to be filled to the top but I paid for a grande and got less than a tall. I feel like Starbucks is to expensive to not get ehat i paid for. I'll go to the other Starbucks on VB Blvd from now on. I wish I could upload the picture so you could see what I'm talking about.

Absolutely everything was great. Unfortunately, there are no warning signs to tell me not to stick my finger in the moving fan.For those who needed to know, the fan blades are nicely constructed metal blades.

Everyone here works so hard at this new remodeled place. They also finally added a tip option to the CC a while back. For dieting try the white egg with red pepper and other ingredients and low fat or no fat coffees. Frozen also.
