Disappointed with Starbuck's service, not everyone is more like the one at Linnhaven Mall Pkw. I ordered 2 cappuccinos and they were served without sugar, and in half a medium glass. It's not fair because it doesn't meet my expectations for the price. I understand they have demand but the service is slow. There are no pleasant noises. Don't put sugar or milk outside and everything ends with the service. expensive poor quality. For me not matter price but customer need better service..

This was my first time going to Starbucks and I had gotten a frozen lemonade drink and and my boyfriend had gotten a dragonfruit lemonade drink and they were both great. The service was pretty awesome too it was pretty quick and efficient.The cake pop I got wasn’t really the best though it tasted more like thick icing then cake. But other than that very pleasant experience!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is an experience that needs to be documented. We're traveling so I opened the app and chose this location based on proximity. I did not realize that it was INSIDE the mall. Every public entrance of the mall was locked. We drove around trying to find an open door and failed. I called the store and was told that the mobile order is turned on for mall employees and if I wanted to get in I needed to use a side door. They explained that there is a side door by the dumpsters that takes you into an back alley and then you'll be by the bathrooms and can navigate to the food court. Or she said I could call Starbucks, get reimbursed and go to a different Starbucks location. That option sounded like a pain, and finding my order now became a treasure hunt, so I went on to find the magic side door. I first ended up at Chick-fil-A, where I'm guessing it was the manager, was not stoked to see some girl trying to get in their back entrance and pretty much told me to get lost. The Sbarro pizza girl SAVED THE DAY. After wandering in yet another wrong side door, she stopped what she was doing and walked me all the way around to the "correct" side door, where I was able to (probably illegally) enter the mall through back hallways and pick up my warm nitro brew, and my husband's cold hot coffee and cold food. I should have asked to have things re-made but honestly at this point I was annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. It would have been nice if the barista I spoke to on the phone offered this when she saw me come in flustered (and clearly not a mall employee). Either way, the weirdest Starbucks experience of my life. THREE CHEERS FOR THE SBARRO PIZZA GIRL! Now that is customer service. To Starbucks: you might want to make note of this in your app...

Note that the hours for this location are wrong. It opens when the mall opens. There is no way for customers to reach the place until the mall doors are unlocked. So if you're hoping to grab food or breakfast for an early movie, find it elsewhere.

I absolutely love Starbucks! Every time I visit, I always order my go-to meal which is a bagel and Caramel macchiato. It's my favorite way to start the day, and I always leave feeling satisfied. Additionally, I can't resist their amazing cake pops - they're the perfect sweet treat to accompany my coffee. However, I've noticed that this particular location may have outgrown the mall it's located in. The long wait times can be frustrating, but it's understandable considering how popular Starbucks is. Despite this, the staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the wait a little more bearable. I've found that the best time to visit this Starbucks is right when they open. The line is usually shorter, and the staff is fresh and ready to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee and delicious snacks. Despite the occasional wait times, the friendly staff and tasty food make it worth it every time.

Love this location! I drive through here on my way to work throughout the week. Great location, great coffee, great service, especially from Quam! Quam is always professional, smiling, friendly and makes my mornings awesome!
Wanted a sweet cream caramel cold brew latte, was out of cold brew and a similar drink costs me $9. Will not be coming back to Starbucks, idk how they think their prices are justified for a almost 10 coffee.

I have been here many times while I am inside the lynnhaven mall because that's where it is and I always have a great experience here and the people who work here are awesome so if you are in the mall or close to the mall stop in and grab a Starbucks.
