This is my favorite Starbucks to go, everyone is super kind. They have never messed up an order, and anytime I accidentally order a drink hot, they literally re-make the drink for me. Love this Starbucks!

The young African woman working until close gave my children and I some of the best customer service we had received at any Starbuck’s in the area, even with it being close to closing. She fulfilled my mobile order swiftly and made sure everything was handled with care. I apologize I don’t remember her name but she wears glasses and has long hair.

So I was in line and I was about to order a croissant and a lady steps in front of me and ask were there any croissants left. She said we have one more. I said that’s what I’m going to order and she gave me the hardest time because she wanted to give it to the lady behind me: she even didn’t cook it. I had to take it to another Starbucks. The whole experience was disheartening and I’ll just go to dunkin from now on. It’s cheaper anyway.

I love that this Starbucks is within walking distance of my job! The staff are always friendly, my drink is always made to perfection, and I love that they make recommendations when I want to try something new.

I had a fantastic experience trying the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they kindly suggested this drink since my previous favorite was no longer available. The frappe is rich, creamy, and perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth. The place itself is clean and cozy.

I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and it tasted like they used sour milk. My sandwich was good though. Usually I don't leave reviews for small mistakes like this but I'm particularly frustrated because the last 3 times I've been to Starbucks (all 3 separate locations) I've had sour milk used in my drink. I didn't get it replaced because I had already left and was down the road when I took that first sip. The staff was really nice though and patiently waited while I was deciding what to order cause I couldn't make up my mind for a minute.

I visited this location this morning and noticed the older woman who served having an attitude towards me but when the white gentleman was at the register he was greeted with smiles. This is the second time this has happened and now I will take further action.

My mother in law and I met and visited for about an hour. The wait time on our drinks was much longer than I expected, especially considering there weren’t many other patrons or any pick up orders stacking up. My MIL ordered a pup cup for her ESA and apparently the associate forgot, so 20 minutes later she had to ask again. Nice music and atmosphere, a little tough to find parking in the limited horseshoe lot.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to, staff is friendly, kind, welcoming, attentive, professional, helpful, I go there almost everyday and my order has always been correct, I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!!

Parking: Parking is available on the side of the store, depending on time of day, spots can fill up fast
