I had a fantastic experience trying the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they kindly suggested this drink since my previous favorite was no longer available. The frappe is rich, creamy, and perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth. The place itself is clean and cozy.

I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and it tasted like they used sour milk. My sandwich was good though. Usually I don't leave reviews for small mistakes like this but I'm particularly frustrated because the last 3 times I've been to Starbucks (all 3 separate locations) I've had sour milk used in my drink. I didn't get it replaced because I had already left and was down the road when I took that first sip. The staff was really nice though and patiently waited while I was deciding what to order cause I couldn't make up my mind for a minute.

Unusually good Sbux. Partners super polite. My drinks just the way I want them. If this keeps on going I’ll have to start tipping, I won’t have any choice in the matter

I visited this location this morning and noticed the older woman who served having an attitude towards me but when the white gentleman was at the register he was greeted with smiles. This is the second time this has happened and now I will take further action.

My mother in law and I met and visited for about an hour. The wait time on our drinks was much longer than I expected, especially considering there weren’t many other patrons or any pick up orders stacking up. My MIL ordered a pup cup for her ESA and apparently the associate forgot, so 20 minutes later she had to ask again. Nice music and atmosphere, a little tough to find parking in the limited horseshoe lot.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to, staff is friendly, kind, welcoming, attentive, professional, helpful, I go there almost everyday and my order has always been correct, I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!!

Parking: Parking is available on the side of the store, depending on time of day, spots can fill up fast

On August 16th 2024 before 730 am my husband went to this Starbucks which he always go to because we live 5 minutes away. A lady gave my husband a sandwich because her order was wrong so she got an extra sandwich and ask my husband if he would like it and the worker asked back for the sandwich that was being given to my husband and throw it in the trash with an attitude .Check your cameras and train your workers on customer service because they rude and you just lost all our business. Everyone in my neighborhood will know not to go there because I’m going to put it on our neighborhood app. ?????????? 0 stars you only have one because we have to.

Going from a nice coffee shop to a sterile environment... not good. I stopped going to Starbucks after the coffee cup lid came off on the last cup. It has happened several times. . It appears to me that to make more money, Starbucks is making the cups cheaper. Even after checking the lid... after a few minutes, the cup softens, and the lid comes off. Only coffee shop that this happens at.

Notably friendly, all female staff when I was there. I got a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich- the best! Only minor note I have was that my shaken espresso wasn’t mixed up enough which is not going to ruin my experience here. Keep up the good work ladies!

I typically come into this Starbucks because its on my way to work and I’m here just about every weekend. Today I had an encounter with a cashier named Dana she was quite snarky and rude. I called to have a drink remade because it had way too much matcha in it to where it was unbearable. I described this to her as “it tastes like its 90% matcha and 10% milk” her response was “okay its a latte” and after I respond she goes on to say “there is nothing I can do for you over the phone” as if I expect her to magically place a matcha in my hand while im already 10 miles away. I don’t often have problems here however a couple of months before I’ve called about needing a drink remade and I got completely different customer service where they asked what they could do or they suggested a solution. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or anything but I don’t think I deserved that response and demeanor.
