Twice been to this location thinking maybe the people working the first time were just not trained well or had off day but this second only confirms it’s a terrible location.Tried paying in cash. Went to give coins to the girl after I handed her dollar bills. Got told it’s loo late to give coins. Why? Can you not do basic math? Even after I told her how much to give back.Ordered nitro cold brew with cold foam. Had half the cup of cold brew and half the cup of cold foam. If I wanted cold foam with a splash of coffee, I would have ordered that.

Single worst restaurant experience ever. Rude staff, well staffed and yet took forever to get our order. Seem to be passing us over when we were ordering and when we were picking up. Makes me never want to go to any Starbucks ever

I ordered through the app. When I got to the front she told me they were out of the peach. She didn’t really have a good alternative. The other lady asked if I had already paid. They didn’t even offer to give me my money. The green tea lemonade was awful. It should have still tasted good without the peach. Of course I am in a rush so I couldn’t go back. Slow down and offer good customer service when you are out of something.

Ordered a tall cappuccino. The drink was only only half filled, so I claimed. She made it again, but did not taste like coffee. It was like a hot water with foamed milk. I took it home and mixed with instant coffee to make it somewhat drinkable. Cannot believe they charge nearly $5- for this. What's wrong with Starbucks nowadays ?

Amy saved my experience. This is my first time at this location, I went inside to order and get my drink versus the mobile online ordering. I gave myself ample time in the morning because I knew there would be a little bit of a wait, but I was not expecting 25 minutes for one drink. I stood there in front of everybody for quite some time while everybody else in the store got their drink and filtered out. I heard a lady who also had been waiting awhile ask about the ETA or her drink and she was told there was online mobile orders mixed in but they would have it right out. She got hers and left eventually, but I’m a shy person who doesn’t like being a problem and after 15-20 minutes of standing there with no one acknowledging me I got a little antsy. I was about to let them know I was going to be late for work when Amy, the gal who took my order, noticed me and rushed over asking what I was waiting on. She apologized and said the printer must have not printed out my label. I got my drink and left but Amy was the only one who said anything to me and she was very sweet and kind. She was the saving grace of my visit with at least acknowledging me and apologizing. Drink was fine, just a very long wait. I don’t recommend if you’re on the go and need to be somewhere quickly.
