I don’t know if he was a manager or not, but I tap on the window to ask if they could sir my hot matcha good as sometime it not mixed well. He got an attitude and I don’t appreciate it. He needs to fix his attitude.

This location is my favorite and I only go here. Shoutout to Jamie, Carly, Mel, and Samantha! Always happy, smiling, and greeting you every single time, no matter how busy, and I have been there when it’s busy! The manager happened to be there, I believe her name was Jessa? If I’m wrong, please forgive. I told her these four people give consistent, stellar customer service, and I would be writing a review. She was lovely and thanked me for taking the time to tell her. If you have not been to this location, please try it. You’ll like it. Highest star rating. Keep it up guys! You are

I had to start the New Year off with a White Chocolate Mocha. Starbucks never disappoints!
This location got an update since my last visit. I like the new design though they severely reduced the number of tables inside. Service was great and the food I ordered - an Americano and the turkey sage Danish - were yummy. I was able to work here for about an hour or so with no issue. Plugs were sufficient.

New batistas at this location and they are just not it - they don't care nor do they enjoy what they do. I like the original lady and guy who work here. Who wants add ons sitting at the bottom rim of your cup? A week so ago the coffee wasn't made as requested either. Just disappointing to start a day like that - if I could make coffee at home I would.

Girl with nose ring wig pig tails Africa American. Went in there at 5:10am. Placed order for grande apple crisp and grande caramel ribbon crunch. Wanted to change the apple crisp to grande caramel ribbon crunch and noticed she had rangup a appe croissant. She began interrupting me when I was asking her to takeoff the apple crisp and the ribbon crunch so much that I askedher to just listen. Both were removed and I asked her to do a caramel ribbon crunch...grande.... wated for drinks. Walk to get the drinks and there is a tall ribbon crunch and a grande ribbon crunch. I tell my boyfriend that girl doesn't listen. She raises her voice to me amongst a private condo and says I don't listen. I tell her to just shut up and work and walk out.. 1. Not listening at the register. 2. Makes wrong order. 3. Interject herself in a customers private conversation rudely. Get better behaved staff especially early in the morning.

I have been to this location a few times and it has been a pleasant experience each time. I have been helped by the same young lady each time, but I do not know her name. But she has been kind and professional each time.

I have been to this location two or three times for the occasional weekends spent at the Sandler. Every time I have gone I am always greeted with fantastic service. Today, however, was one of the best times I have been in there.
I came in today and someone was being helped at the counter. One of the girls working today (I didn't get a good glance at her name tag, I'm sorry!) offered to start my order while I waited. That was so nice of her. I was there for a little bit and I felt very uncomfortable (an outside factor, nothing to do with Starbucks). An employee named Ash was so sweet and gladly walked me to my car to make sure I got their safely. She did not have to do that, and chose to help me in a moment where I needed a person. Thank you today Ash!
