My drink was absolutely amazing but I want to give a big thank you to the baristas on that shift (Brittany and Sarah) who were very kind to me after having a long day. Those two were really amazing and really brightened my day! Love this location with such great staff! Thank you

I have frequented a lot of different locations in the area but Virginia beach and independence is, by far, the most consistent location when it comes to my drink.Even with different people making it, it is always rich and delicious and if not EXACTLY, very close to exactly how i like my coffee!Appreciate y’all!
I had the BEST SERVICE WITH TIA at investors place in va beach va. I had two dogs and my grandson and put an order in online to go through the drive through and I called the store. I had two dog and my grandson and the drive thru was closed and she actually ran out and brought my order. I will always make a stop at investors place in va beach va. A definite FIVE STARS!!!!
Cashier working 9/28/23 8:30am could barely bring herself to speak. Mumbled under her breath, we stood there staring at each other until I said "are you ready" and her response was "I said 'how can I help' you". She didn't want to be there, should probably not be working in service but in spot where she doesn't have to work with customers. Otherwise drinks were fine.

Ever since they renovated this store the service has been terrible. They always have 4 or 5 people on the clock. But only 1 or 2 of them seem to work. My last 2 visits have been awful. The lack of management is really bad, the "managers" just watch the employees work and often are a distraction to them actually working. They make your food quickly, then it sits on the counter for 10-15 minutes while they try and catch up on coffee orders. This store was my goto on my way to work for the last couple years, it's unfortunate that it is so poorly run now, especially since this location does not have a drive thru, it's already incontinent to park in their lot, avoid this starbucks if you're in a hurry or you just want your food and drink to be of any quality.

Usually love this location! Every time I’ve gone to study and have coffee everyone is super awesome. But i have a food allergies (not intolerances) and order off the dairy free menu. Ordered the new first ever fall dairy free drink, and was standing there waiting for my drink and watched the young lady use whole milk in the drink with literal oat milk in the name than call out my name. So i said isn’t that drink supposed to have oat milk? She responds “i wish you would’ve said something sooner, give me a second to remake it” why should i have to remind you of the ingredients in a drink? And there would’ve been no way to savor it even if you put a splash of whole milk. Understand you were busy and just grabbed the milk that was in front of you, but do not advertise something as a dairy free alternative and then use whole milk. I could’ve had a severe reaction if i didn’t notice and drank the first one.I get everyone makes mistakes and i usually have zero problems here but just be weary of this.
