I think her name is Cindy, whoever that manager lady is is so rude. She is demeaning to customers whenever they ask a question or make a mistake, and gives a totally negative vibe to the place. I hope I never have a boss like her. Me and other people agree with this too. I hope other employees are nicer because she sure isn’t, wouldn’t be surprised if people quit because of her. Also, when you ask for extra stuff, she puts hardly any in there.

I absolutely LOVE Cindy at the Harris Teeter Starbucks on Nimmo Parkway! I am completely blind and deaf on my left side and have minimal hearing and vision on my right. Knowing this, she takes AMAZING care of me when I come for my PINK DRINK! I wish there were more workers like her.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I wait in line over 30 minutes. Drive thru or inside doesn’t matter. Todays drive thru line took almost an hour.

I ordered two drinks. They were very good but the barista charged me for the wrong size and twisted my words around about what I originally said. I've been at this location before and normally the barista's are so nice. But this time they just dismissed us and didn't apologize.
