When I placed my drink order there was no one in line or waiting. There were two baristas working, both proceeded to fulfill an online order while I waited almost 20 minutes for my beverage. I don't understand why one couldn't work the online order and one handle the in store customer. Not a good experience.

I ordered two drinks. They were very good but the barista charged me for the wrong size and twisted my words around about what I originally said. I've been at this location before and normally the barista's are so nice. But this time they just dismissed us and didn't apologize.

My daughter was grabbing a vanilla bean latte I believe. It was very good, there was three people there two workers it took a hot minute for the barrister to show up then she came back looked annoyed. May have been having a bad day but least friendly Starbucks I've visited with my daughter's. I give three stars because they were not rude and product was good just comparing this one to the one in red mill and the one up off ferrel the friendly welcome in kinda feel was lost here.
