This is a very good Starbucks i have no clue why people say it’s bad? It has good service and good food/Drinks I really love this Starbucks!
I keep going to this Starbucks and most of the time the drink is drinkable but still needs either more sweetness or is watered down . But yesterday when I went I asked for a matcha with oatmilk & the barista decided to give me a matcha with 2% milk instead . Not enough matcha powder either it tasted like straight milk . I ended up going to another location since I wasn't in the haygood area & they remade it & the barista even stated that it was definitely 2% milk because of how loose the milk was compared to oatmilk . Very disappointed with this Starbucks because honestly you never know if the person is allergic to cows milk .
9 dollars for a drink and it’s all ice
I ordered a venti shaken oak milk espresso and when I got it, it was a grande. I told the barista and she proceeded to dump the drink in a venti cup and added more milk… I said you
Just added more milk and she said oh did you want more ice…
Don’t come here unless you want to be late for work. Not exaggerating- 32 minutes in the drive through with only 10 cars or so.
I swung by one my way to work for a tea since I’m under the weather, and the staff was super nice. My friends order was messed up and they rectified it very quickly and gave us the other drink for free. My tea was fantastic, with no waiting, and the perfect temperature. I’m very impressed
The SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been too. ZERO sense of urgency. Not to mention, most of the staff is not the friendliest either. I will go out of my way to the North Hampton location and to avoid this store, even though I live 30 seconds away!
EXTREMELY slow service. And they were out of items after charging me for them. Very messy and very unorganized. Don't waste your time if you don't have 20-40min. to wait for items. Proportions of the drinks are off too so doesn't taste right.
I came to the Starbucks for a pick up order and the girl behind the counter never looked at me and just flicked the bag at me. This is not the first time I got this kind of energy from this location. I don't recommend. Bad energy
Tj, Kyle, & Taylor were superior in customer service. They were so helpful and joyful. That trio really made my morning, I will definitely visit that store again the next time iI'm around

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since day one only because it’s close to my house. In the last year, It’s never a good experience . When they were closed for a remodel, I was happy to drive the distance to another one for a great experience every time. My drinks are wrong most of the time , the morning older lady with glasses is rude and never has anything good to say . All in all the remodel is nice but the morning staff needs an overhaul ! Do yourself a favor , skip the wait and the staff and drive the extra mile. Get it together Haygood Starbucks.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and always has a smile! The wait time is much lower than other Starbucks locations and my drink is almost always right!

I go to this Starbucks often on my way to work, and time and time again I have left feeling disappointed. I usually order a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and two pumps of vanilla syrup. I stopped ordering the vanilla syrup because I frequently do not get any vanilla syrup, and often I received nitro cold brew with 1 to 2 inches of foam on top because their keg ran out halfway through pouring it. When 16 fl oz costs nearly $7, I would like the full 16 fl oz.
As this is not the only drink I've received that's been made incorrectly, I think some store-wide training is in order. I'm not mad, just disappointed as a former partner myself.
