I’ve been going to this Starbucks since day one only because it’s close to my house. In the last year, It’s never a good experience . When they were closed for a remodel, I was happy to drive the distance to another one for a great experience every time. My drinks are wrong most of the time , the morning older lady with glasses is rude and never has anything good to say . All in all the remodel is nice but the morning staff needs an overhaul ! Do yourself a favor , skip the wait and the staff and drive the extra mile. Get it together Haygood Starbucks.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and always has a smile! The wait time is much lower than other Starbucks locations and my drink is almost always right!

I go to this Starbucks often on my way to work, and time and time again I have left feeling disappointed. I usually order a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and two pumps of vanilla syrup. I stopped ordering the vanilla syrup because I frequently do not get any vanilla syrup, and often I received nitro cold brew with 1 to 2 inches of foam on top because their keg ran out halfway through pouring it. When 16 fl oz costs nearly $7, I would like the full 16 fl oz.
As this is not the only drink I've received that's been made incorrectly, I think some store-wide training is in order. I'm not mad, just disappointed as a former partner myself.

It took 25 minutes after ordering to get a cold brew.

Went here on 8/27 it was crazy busy so a wait was expected. As I waited I noticed Jordan and how she was helping everywhere. She noticed a customer that had been waiting a while and immediately called her over to give her recovery cards. The whole crew was amazing handling the rush. If Jordan isn't a manager she should be. Don't lose her!!

Walked in and was immediately greeted nicely. Bathrooms clean. Drink very tasty. Thanks for making everything seemless and great service !!

I used to love this location but I ordered a $12 drink (a fun little splurge) and got just the absolute worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever had and it was just wrong in every way. It was a creme frappe and I was handed an iced coffee?? And when I pointed it out they just threw it in the blender which is still definitely not what I ordered and very inconsiderate and dishonest. Will not be back here. I went to a different starbucks, ordered the same drink and got to experience what it ACTUALLY was supposed to be and it was great.

Starbucks is ok. Everything about the experience at Starbucks is good except some of the ingredients in some areas. I feel they care more about the money than the health of people.

I ordered a caramel vanilla swirl specifically with no ice and I literally just received black coffee WITH ice. I paid almost $7 for this, this is ridiculous and I should have gotten this for free.

Pretty bummed after the experience I had yesterday at this location around 2 PM. Instead of the summer-berry lemonade I did Strawberry Açaí, but with the pearls. Was given my cup without the larger straw. I asked if I was able to get the other straw instead because the pearls don’t fit in the regular straw. The lady at the window just looked at me as if I was dumb… she then turned and came back and said she was told that she can’t give me one because I didn’t get the summer-berry flavor?! I repeated that yes, but I ordered the pearls and need that straw to drink it. She then handed it to me and never said a single word to me.

Pretty annoyed. If I can’t get the straw without getting that specific flavor lemonade then cool, but don’t allow customers to add the pearls to other refreshers if that’s the case.

Another Sunday regular problem with this place ,

the store accepts online orders but is closed earlier than regular working hour...

I sincerely love my neighborhood Starbucks! I enjoy stoping by in the evening for my favorite hot beverage, a tall Falt White , extra hot. The Barista their was so knowledgeable and helpful and is definitely a pro at making this beverage. She indeed has it down to a science and each time my beverage is perfect and delicious. Thanks for the excellent service and delicious beverage that I receive each time I visit this fine establishment. A+++++
