I ordered my food through the mobile app. When I got to he restaurant I just noticed they had my drink ready and not my kale and mushroom egg bites. I asked where they were and if they were done. Then they proceeded to tell me that that breakfast item was discontinued. I was upset about that but Michell was very nice and professional and she gave me another breakfast item to compensate for that missing item. I really appreciated it!

My favorite Starbucks in the area due to the customer service alone. This team of baristas are the kindest and most genuine I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Sometimes on my way to work I'll stop here just because I know they will make my day, regardless of whether or not I wanted a drink or something. My go-to order lately has been an iced chai with espresso and oat milk and it is consistently good every time. Love this Starbucks location!
The only complaint i can give is price Everything else is great.

Everything was going great until I received my bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich. It did not have the bacon and I'm not sure that it had the Gouda either. So I had an egg sandwich. The second thing was that the person who served me my beverage handed it to me by holding the drink with his hand over the lid. There was no stopper over the cover when he handed it to me. I'm not a germaphobe, but I do know drinks are to be served by holding either the bottom or middle of the container, not by grasping the top where customers have to drink... I mean I don't know if this guy washed his hands before going to work. I would hope so but I also don't know what his hands were in before handling my drink.

So I walk in the Starbucks sit down to charge my phone was definitely planning on ordering this rude girl comes around the corner glares at me and says are you buying something like I'm already having a bad day so I do end up ordering a drink and she is rude to me at the cash register won't be coming here again won't spend my money in a place that makes me feel unwelcome

I went through the drive thru. Christina was the person taking the orders and ringing customers up. She was absolutely fabulous. She said she appreciated me, which I was not expecting, but it was nice to hear. I was having a rough morning, and Christina said “oh my gosh, I love your lipstick, it looks amazing on you”. That has made my day, and my now rough morning seems a bit brighter.
