Came in this afternoon to get frappes and the whipped cream tasted funny and so did the drinks in general called the store and the lady I talked to had an attitude with me asked if I wanted my drinks remade or refunded and I said refund due to the attitude she had attitude so I brought my drinks in and the guy that helped me was understanding and nice she looked at me and had an attitude then talked shit about me in front of me over the headset right as I came in 10/10 will not be coming back to this location

My visit here today was very disappointing. The young lady at the register was kind and friendly! But when I got to the young lady with glasses blonde hair. Clearly she was overstimulated and needed a break. She seems as if she was rushing to get my order done which was fine. But when I wasn't satisfied with my peppermint mocha cold grande size drink. I'd asked her to make it over. Then the second one wasn't right so I asked her to make that one over. This time she was so upset she slammed it down until the whipped cream dripped on the container. I was livid but the drink still wasn't right. She then ignored me. So by then another young lady stepped in and this time I asked for a Caramel ribbon crunch!!! This young lady made it good!!! I never gotten the name of the young lady that was making the drinks but clearly, she didn't want to be at work!!! Please have a talk with your employees to make sure each guest feels warm and welcoming because this customer service today on a Sunday!!! Was not ok!!! This is a busy area on Northampton, which means customers service should be top tier!!! Just WoW!!! Please do better for future guests!!! WoW

This is a very special Starbucks store. My experience began with genuine and personal greetings by 8 enthusiastic crew members behind the counter! All energetic they gave me my jolts, even before I took my first sip of coffee. They are all beautiful and represent a wide diversity of the American fabric, love it! It looked like they were a team of some sport, they work together harmoniously and celebrate whatever they have accomplished behind the counter. The sound of their laughter was so musical and uplifting. I truly came to take my coffee and leave, but I end up staying for an hour soaking up that wonderful experience! Merry Christmas

Oh lord!!2 times just a latte MILK IS SPOILED I TOLD THEM FIRST TIME AND THEY DID MY SECOND DRINK FROM THE SAME MILK JAR! We are traveling and that was our stop on the way to our destination!! $15 trush ,I am not giving someone third chance. Just bad.. sadly
7 dollars on coffee ☕ and I still have a headache, location is very clean, coffee just weak 😕😔

I ordered my food through the mobile app. When I got to he restaurant I just noticed they had my drink ready and not my kale and mushroom egg bites. I asked where they were and if they were done. Then they proceeded to tell me that that breakfast item was discontinued. I was upset about that but Michell was very nice and professional and she gave me another breakfast item to compensate for that missing item. I really appreciated it!
