Everything was going great until I received my bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich. It did not have the bacon and I'm not sure that it had the Gouda either. So I had an egg sandwich. The second thing was that the person who served me my beverage handed it to me by holding the drink with his hand over the lid. There was no stopper over the cover when he handed it to me. I'm not a germaphobe, but I do know drinks are to be served by holding either the bottom or middle of the container, not by grasping the top where customers have to drink... I mean I don't know if this guy washed his hands before going to work. I would hope so but I also don't know what his hands were in before handling my drink.

So I walk in the Starbucks sit down to charge my phone was definitely planning on ordering this rude girl comes around the corner glares at me and says are you buying something like I'm already having a bad day so I do end up ordering a drink and she is rude to me at the cash register won't be coming here again won't spend my money in a place that makes me feel unwelcome

I went through the drive thru. Christina was the person taking the orders and ringing customers up. She was absolutely fabulous. She said she appreciated me, which I was not expecting, but it was nice to hear. I was having a rough morning, and Christina said “oh my gosh, I love your lipstick, it looks amazing on you”. That has made my day, and my now rough morning seems a bit brighter.

Thought this was a Starbucks, not a club.
The music was too loud to have a conversation or for my girlfriend to have her work calls. I asked for it to be turned down, and they did for a while. Then it went right back up. We left. On the fence on whether I will continue patronizing Starbucks at all.

Dont plan on using this starbucks for a relaxing place to open a book or work. It may as well be a night club the music is so loud. I get the idea of music getting you moving but this is excessive.

Ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte for the season. Yummy. Staff are very courteous. We were passing through back to Richmond. Definitely will make this a STARBUCKS stop on our way down and back to the beach in the future.

It is Starbucks, what more can you say? Identical decor, cut-and-paste baristas in beanies, overpriced sugary "coffee."
I Love this Starbucks on phoenix drive in Va beach . The manager and staff have great work ethic and human kindness they make every customer feel welcomed and loved !!!!
I order through the app and pick up in the drive-thru. Staff is always friendly and fast.

This place is always amazing I always enjoy the atmosphere I was a little disappointed to see at 7:15 everything was taken out of the display and pretty much thrown away when the restaurant didn’t close until 9:30. As a business owner I would hope if this is not normal practice this would help the owner to do some training so his money is not wasted.
