This Starbucks ruined my morning. Couldn’t get a simple drink correct. After the2nd remake, they just emptied the cups in another cup and threw whip cream on top. I asked for a refund. The manager on duty was very nonchalant. I asked for a refund on a Starbucks card so I could go to another location. She didn’t try to understand she put it in my card and the refund is not instant so extra money spent this morning. No stars if I could because they should have taken my order correct in the first place and sloppiness.

Experience was absolutely terrible as always. Placed a mobile order 15 mins before arriving & order was still not ready like every other time I come to this location. The only person that acknowledged me was Jeremy (who was also the only person that was running the drive thru, making orders for both the drive thru and in store). The other young lady felt as if taking the trash out was a bigger priority than assisting with my order that I had to wait for because it wasn’t even started. Only 2 stars because of the help from Jeremy.

Poor service today at this location. Got food order and drink order wrong. Took back both items through window, used same drink to fix drink and still missed the brown sugar in the drink. All the while hearing the person at the window complain about customers in his headset.

“What’s up” is how I was greeted when transferred to a manager on site.
It’s unfortunate how a chain can lose all their resilience in the public’s eye because they forget the meaning of customer service.
Today, I chose to use the online app to order my usual drink. The last couple of times I’ve noticed no matter which way I order the drink, it comes out incorrect. I’m only asking for extra ice. How could this present such a challenge?
I called the store simply to inquire how in the future I could gain access to additional ice cubes in my cup. I was then handed off to the manager on duty. I believe his name was Chan?! Anyone In a managerial position that starts a conversation with, “ What’s up? to a customer would most likely bode well from additional training on how to be a professional in the public eye.
I think about all the years and all the money spent at Starbucks. This is what we pay for folks, idiocy at its finest in Va Beach at 1390 Fordham Drive! Cheers!

Parking: It's a tiny parking lot. Drive thru stays busy in the a.m., so does pickup in dining room. Sits between beside Firestone & Burger King. Can't drive out around the drive-thru.
