Delightful this morning, not my usual spot. It was great. Coffee beverage was perfectly customized. Very busy. Very friendly staff. Restroom was pretty clean. Smaller place. Freebie samples. Nice!

Parking: It's a tiny parking lot. Drive thru stays busy in the a.m., so does pickup in dining room. Sits between beside Firestone & Burger King. Can't drive out around the drive-thru.

Ordered coffee and it wasn't right and I told the girl at the window it didn't taste right, she tell ls me yes it is, I said we'll I don't want it because it's not tastey. This is the same coffee I've been ordering since I've been going there. This location is the worst of the worst. Service is ateocious and they are always slow! I hope they get a whole new staff. I hate going there buts the closest to where I live. This was supposed to be a free one with my points and even though I did not take the drink she still charged me!

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I’ve been coming here for YEARS and am hoping they turn around quickly. However, lately this location is struggling! You’ll sit in the drive thru 20-30 minutes with only a car or two ahead of you. It never used to be like this… long wait times, less than happy employees providing service… Domo used to run a tight ship but I’m not sure what’s happening now or if perhaps he’s gone. I hope they get it together before the fall rush!

This isn’t my usual Starbucks, but happened to be close and stopped in. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The workers were so kind and made me feel like a human being instead of just a customer. They accomplished that with just simple things such as conversation using my name and doubling my coffee cup since it was freshly made. It really is the little things that can make a person feel valued!

On Friday I visited your store at 1390 Fordham drive in Virginia Beach. Before I visit your store me and a few co-workers had just got paid in cash that checks at a local bank which I was the last one to cash my check so they gave me all $100 bills. Be decided to go to Starbucks and get coffee may I add that all my coworkers were white besides me. A few went inside a Starbucks and got the coffee and me and the few others use the drive-thru which again I was the last one to go through the drive-thru so I know my coworkers use big bills. After I ordered my $8 chocolate mocha I proceeded to go to the drive-thru which one I open my wallet the lady at the window so I had all $100 bills I gave $100 bill she looked at me weird put the money up in the air the look through the money and then call the co-working whisper to a coworker she comes back to the window and tells me I don't have the change really Starbucks is a multi-million dollar company and which I know my coworker spent $50 bills and $100 bills when they got their coffee you really Starbucks you don't have a pen to Mark the money to see if I'm still in real money or is it that I'm black and black people use fake money to get a lot of change back this is outrageous so I tested this theory and sent it a co-worker back in 10 minutes later with $100 bill which was white and get my chocolate Moco it's 2024 when is Starbucks going to get it right and when you going to fix this situation.

Afternoon staff are outstanding; More friendlier than the morning folks. You can feel the better vibes from them. The morning folks just don't appear as happy, or friendly. They do smile but it seems like they are tense.
