Read a hot coffee order off my phone. They made it cold, loudly had a conversation saying they didn’t mess up. Felt like it really wasn’t a big deal, I’m sure mistakes happen; but to openly have a passive aggressive discussion to make me feel bad for their mistake was uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I am not one to typically frequent Starbucks but made a quick stop while in town. I don't think I have ever encountered a cleaner store but the best part of all was the friendliest staff that greeted me! Way to cheer up my Sunday!!!!

Called this location to request used “recycled” coffee grounds that are thrown out each day! I use them for my grandparents coop as I prepare for the winter and also recycle mine as well!

It’s something Starbucks is actually known for offering since “disposed of”

Called this evening and the girl who answered was very sweet and polite! Said she’s heard of it and too see if they have enough too schedule a pickup for following morning, she said “one sec” and not directly placed on hold as she asks her manager about the process! She was completely shut down and turned away and said our location “does not offer anything like that” I politely said thank you and have a good night!

As simply, not true, a die hard customer and only requesting twice a year I understand the change of establishment employees but the rudeness and disregard is not appropriate!

This is a Starbucks location I use twice a week without even using my app!

I will now personally just continue using my own expresso machine even if takes me

Manager did get ahold of me and had employee apologize and state she will “work on her tone”

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and experienced. After waiting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, we were met with the most unfriendly girl at the window. Do better and have your employees better trained in customer service and how to use their manners and speak to people with respect.

This Starbucks ruined my morning. Couldn’t get a simple drink correct. After the2nd remake, they just emptied the cups in another cup and threw whip cream on top. I asked for a refund. The manager on duty was very nonchalant. I asked for a refund on a Starbucks card so I could go to another location. She didn’t try to understand she put it in my card and the refund is not instant so extra money spent this morning. No stars if I could because they should have taken my order correct in the first place and sloppiness.
