I would like to share my experience that I've had at this Starbucks location I've been ordering Starbucks for many years and the same drink for many years I went to this particular location where I ordered the same strawberry drink that I ordered for my daughter and I always get the toll and this time when I went there I got a tall but yet I asked for no ice and I only got a grande I got a big giant Cup in half of it is empty because I didn't use ice but yet when I wanted to cut to be full to the top they charged me an additional dollar what a rip off Starbucks seems to be owning everything that's going on as far as coffees are concerned and they're sucking people into their advertisements of great drinks but yet not giving what you are paying for this is my drink that I paid $6.50 for you tell me what you think.. as far as I'm concerned I shouldn't have to pay for ice to fill my drink

If you work in this area, this is a prime choice for lunch. The ladies who work here are excellent cooks. They also seemed kind and gracious. I've only been here once since I'm rarely ever in this office park for long. For that reason, I can't provide much info on their menu or daily specials. The day I was there they were offering a Korean BBQ.

They walked away right in front of me and I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting for her to come back. Needless to say I had to drive to a different Starbucks

Very rarely gets my order right. It's not that complicated. I order an oatmeal and instead of agave nectar I ask for honey. They get it wrong almost every time. I even hear them talking about it. So I'm not sure where the disconnect is. Maybe the team isn't connected properly. Also, when someone orders a water at Starbucks never ever ever is it supposed to come from city tap water. I always see them pouring it from the filtered water. So sad to see this from Starbucks.
