This is my favorite Starbucks to come to in Virginia Beach by far. Staff are consistently friendly, kind and helpful. It's a great place to do homework as well as it's rarely crowded and there is always plenty of tables/seating.

5/2025 - This is my favorite Starbucks. I never have any issues with my orders and they are super quick. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I really love their crew. The morning crew notices when I pick up my mobile order and always says good morning matea. They even write fun drawings or sayings on my cups. I love that they put in such effort. I don't normally sit in, only pick up inside or drive through. But every time I have picked up my order inside the area is always nice and clean. I would highly recommend this Starbucks.

The employees at this location were very unhelpful. My order was sitting there on the counter.Ready to go for 5 minutes But the 3 employees that were standing there couldn't put it in a bag and hand it to me.They had to call for someone else to come do that.

I spent a few hours in Starbucks to get some work done, I enjoyed multiple conversations, drank great coffee, and was greeted and welcomed by the amazing staff. But that is not all Stephanie and Lydia went above and beyond serving me! Little things make big differences and I believe that these two although it may seemed little how they helped me, It was a big deal to me. God bless these two. :)

had a question about a product, a heavier-set woman employee responded in a rude manner, in which I was dumbfounded after asking nicely; wish I got their name tag cause that behavior is unacceptable. The other staff were nice as always, not my usual Starbucks experience.
Stopped through this location today while on some business, and y’all need to give Deante a raise for the AURA, alone. 10/10 service and conversation.

I frequent this location before going in for my shift at work. Every time I order something my order is always amazing. Today when I ordered it, there was a slight differencein the taste… This is expected sometimes because no one is perfect. Maybe it was my taste buds. However, the manager and the staff were completely friendly and so willing to satisfy my order that they remade my drink. They were very professional, and MAYA was so kind. She remade my drink twice and even allowed me to taste it to make sure it was to my liking. All that to say, I look at some of these reviews and it’s crazy because no one is perfect people make mistakes, and sometimes ingredients change. That’s no one’s fault but I’m thankful that I’ve been approached with such kindness and compassion at this location. They’ve always been professional and very friendly and I’m thankful for that. Anna was pretty amazing too.

Went through the drive through at 3:00 on October 29th. The girl at the window handed my food with no communication and walked away so quickly I couldn’t even ask if an item was placed in the bag. I won’t be back to this location.
