I visited Starbucks last night and ordered a hot chocolate, but my drink came out as a peppermint hot chocolate. I went back to the window, and the barista remade it — but it accidentally came out as coffee (and I’m definitely not a coffee drinker!). I ended up going inside to get it corrected, and the team was so kind and apologetic, especially with how busy the holiday season is. They remade my drink perfectly and even gave me a small gift card for the inconvenience. Thank you all for being patient, helpful, and making sure I left with exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated it!

I appreciate how kind the morning crew is at this Starbucks. I pop in a couple times per week, and it’s pretty common to hear one or more of them shout “good morning, Dale!”
They don’t have to. I grab my drink and I head home instead of sticking around, but it puts a smile on my face every time.
I could say a lot of things about the corporate side of Starbucks — pricing being one of them — but speaking to my experience with this specific location? It’s all good, all the time.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to in Virginia Beach by far. Staff are consistently friendly, kind and helpful. It's a great place to do homework as well as it's rarely crowded and there is always plenty of tables/seating.

5/2025 - This is my favorite Starbucks. I never have any issues with my orders and they are super quick. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I really love their crew. The morning crew notices when I pick up my mobile order and always says good morning matea. They even write fun drawings or sayings on my cups. I love that they put in such effort. I don't normally sit in, only pick up inside or drive through. But every time I have picked up my order inside the area is always nice and clean. I would highly recommend this Starbucks.
