The customer service is horrible, every time I try to give them a chance, they disappoint me. My order is usually wrong 9 times out of 10. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch w/ extra caramel drizzle and extra ice, the drink was half full.. for almost $7 I expect to have a full cup. DO BETTER

Im so disappointed I have a doctors appointment, I came in early on it’s not yet busy. Then they served all people that came in late. I have finished eating my cheese danish my drinks was not yet made. I’ve waited 20 mins I went to the rest room when I came back it still not there. The guy said they were doing hand written orders. Ok wrong alibi but not acceptable. It wasn’t busy yet that time when I came in. Not coming back in this branch anymore.

They need to decide if they’re following Starbucks policy to brew blonde roast til 11am as other locations do the same. My understanding is it’s the policy and not everyone enjoys the heavier coffees.

I walked into the store to order three Large coffees. She looked at me and said we are closed. I said but your doors are open and all your lights are on she then must have forgotten to lock the doors. She then stated well have a good night and I said back how so when I come into a place of business that clearly looked open but was told by you that your closed. And I'm not a local person down there near this location. If the door is open then she should have waited on me and locked the doors. All kinds of stuff wrong with this. Why were your doors open and not locked hmm Safety issue..
