The drinks are always hit or miss when it comes to taste. I almost always have to get my drink remade at this location. They are better the second time which is crazy.

Dirty location, service is incredibly SLOW. I think the Lynnhaven location has spoiled me because it's so much more efficient over there. They should learn from them. I don't usually like leaving poor reviews, but this was twice that I experienced less than awesome coffee and service. Make the 5 min drive to the Lynnhaven location (not in the mall).

I was waiting for my drink in the lobby and noticed the barista named Erin was not shaking any pink drinks being handed out in the drive through. as a former starbucks barista i was very disappointed to see such lack of care or effort being put into these quality beverages.

I’ve come here twice now to order a white hot chocolate. The first time they gave me a white mocha latte which is not even close. This time they gave me a regular hot chocolate, with the cup half filled. i did not get whipped cream. Not sure what the problem is, not sure why staff can’t make an order correctly any time i come here but i’ll have to find a new place to go to because this is absolutely unacceptable. there’s no money to waste in this economy
