I love this place there’s one employee here that’s always so kind and uplifting and that’s exactly what I feel like most are after in the morning.I don’t know his name but he’s a diamond fr.But I love the environment I come here to relax while I check my emails and get some admin work done and I always feel so accomplished after a good cup of coffee, a delicious healthy breakfast, and warm, smiling faces.Come here if you want to enjoy your morning work or anytime really.

The baristas here are amazing!! They are so kind and drinks are always made perfect- if not, they’ll fix it no problem! Mobile orders- 5 mins MAX. You can even notice the difference in espresso- they actually clean their machines!! I love the positive atmosphere- it beats the starbucks up the street with the drive thru any

No greetingWas made to wait on a drink that was water and espresso while the barista made online orders..I was the only one waiting…won’t be back—————No thanks I’ll share it here:Your employees that you overwork, now just don’t care that much. Why don’t you get your feet off the desk and go in there and set an example. Thanks for the fake concern though.

I don't usually do reviews but this was my first time at this Starbucks and I was only going in to grab a water before my hair appt. But the gentlemen at the register was so cheerful and hospitable that I went to my car right after to write this review. I didn't get his name but he was working today 10/11 @11:50 and I hope he gets some recognition for this review! Thank you for being so sweet sir! I walked out with a smile on my face which doesn't happen often when interacting with employees!

♨️Of course Hilltop is the better of the two (between Great Neck and Hilltop) but I had to drop a star because the coffee felt like yesterday’s batch. Still a great location and atmosphere♨️

This is a great location . It is on my way to work. They are always super friendly. The staff are excellent at this location. I never sit inside. I just get my drink and go but that's because I am in a hurry to get to work. If you ever need a quick pick me up this is a great location. I have sat inside to meet a friend for coffee. My only minus is the napkin area is always dirty. But that's an easy fix. So I am not even holding that against them because everything else is so consistently great.
Just a shout out to the employee, Trey, who works there. The most amazing welcoming kind contagious energy. Set me up to have the best day and put smiles on the faces of everyone who walked through the doors.

One of my favorite Starbucks! I go to this one by my work instead of the one by my house because they’re always so sweet. I apparently get coffee too much as some of them remember my order and even my name. “Rich” has to be one of the nicest people, he makes me smile every time. The manager is amazing, very kind to the customers AND his employees which speaks loudly about him as a human and as a boss. I wanted to make sure to put a 5 star because these workers deserve it.
