Strawberry açaí lemonade is on point. They are trying to make a point of memorizing the names of frequent visitors. They are sweet and cheerful, and help me start my day with a good start

Got to target around 7pm today and my 2yo wanted a cake pop the barista told my husband they were closed. When leaving the store at 7:50 we saw the barista making drinks so i decided to stop by and try to get a cake pop to which I was met with "sorry we're closed I promised our last guest I would help them" so we were refused service twice during operational hours.

Gena has the WORST attitude. Target is my happy place, as a mom. I come here for peace and start my target trip with a coffee every time. She didn’t greet me, she didn’t even ASK me what i wanted. I just started telling her because we stood in silence for too long. Then when she was calling out an order no one responded and she said “great I guess I’m talking to myself!!!” with two thumbs up. Target and Starbucks do not need anyone with that attitude. She completely ruined my experience today.

I came in today to grab a coffee and definitely was not ready for what happened. I understand it is younger people working here but customers should not hear it. I walked up and there was three girls who would not stop talking badly on someone. I was unsure who until I saw another employee walk behind the counter and get pulled by a target employee (manager possibly) and then they continued to talk badly. I went ahead and drank my drink as I shopped and had come back to grab a snack for the drive home and the employee that was pulled was back on the register. Very sweet. Meanwhile while I was contemplating what I wanted for my drive home there was the girls talking about her again with her right there! A very clear case of bullying, also may be worth mentioning the girl they were bullying was the only black employee. The only reason I even decided to go ahead and get back in line for a snack was to make sure to tell her she was awesome. I hope that bullying is not tolerated and maybe these girls need some sensitivity training. It’s not hard to be a decent human being.
The temperature of the coffee is inconsistent. It's sometimes luke warm and sometimes hot. It seems to be like that in all the stores. It's not enough to keep me away. Everything else is great, especially the service, and I go there all the time.

Not very polite. When my order was done they didnt even call my name or get my attention, they just put it on the counter and went back to talking.

Friendly staff. And they make my London fog and medicine ball perfectly every time.
I came into Starbucks specifically to this one because I like how they make the drinks , turns out the lady who was there was rushing to leave and get off work , a gentleman and his son were in line till she was making faces like “ugh another costumer “ she quickly told the man were closed . I asked for a strawberry creme and it was not made with love very plain and disgusting on top of that I got a broken top with my drink spilling out I returned the drink and asked for her to remake it she then said how much more sweet do you want it under her breath . I didn’t like my experience and I hope someone can reach out to me about this situation.
Three incidents at this target have me ready to never shop here again. The first incident I came for guest pick up. I called for thirty minutes to see if they had it no answer. Why do you have phones if not to answer them? After that I was sitting in the pick up line for another thirty.Next a week ago I came in for coffee and even tho the line was long only two bariatas were working. One on register one on drinks. The one on drinks was only half working she was too busy swearing and bad mouthing another employee with the rest of the staff in red aprons all standing around having a very inappropriate conversation in front or the customers. If they weren't so busy bad mouthing their employees they could have used some team work and got more than one drink done per minute. Third incident they were still out of whip cream still moving slow still having inappropriate conversations in front of customers
The way the supervisors talk to employees in front of guests is absurd. Neekah in the red shirts and glasses cusses and snaps at her employees which in my opinion makes them mess up more.Alicia in the grey is constantly talking about inappropriate work subjects and she also curses at employees in front of guest. The baristas as a whole are always eating she drinking things while taking orders and making drinks. In addition to this unprofessional behavior they are almost always out of ingredients for a month they have been out of heavy whipping cream.I also don’t see a lot of hand washing going on.
