Kat (angry white manager) made my espresso drink very poorly, and made my daughter's latte with whole milk when I said for her to use almond milk since she's lactose intolerant. Kat did not, and this cause an allergic reaction. She was working with two boys at the time, Shawn and Pierce, who slightly redeemed it. They both had outstanding service and Pierce made my black and white frappucino perfectly in good time. Shame they're not working under a different lead.

Shawn (young gang-affiliated black man) made my caramel brulee latte. He was VERY rude and several times attempted to STEAL my phone and also did not wear a hairbun when making my latte. This caused one of his dreads to fall into my latte and he didn't remove it. Then, he pronounced my wife's name "Jes-ee-ca" instead of Jessica. They always have to put their own swing on it. ? That being said, the dread added a unique flavor that I have not tasted before. I recommend you go there and try your latte with one of his dreads, it is quite unique.5/5

Very cute, easy access Starbucks in the Harris Teeter. I stopped in because I needed to use my fuel points and wanted a coffee to go. Staff was super friendly - but I was sad that they didn't have the blonde espresso!! So, if you're ordering, just know they don't carry all the flavors. Otherwise, lovely experience.

I nfc pay at every Starbucks location I go to. This store has signage stating they are capable of nfc payment I do it for the rewards points and I'm a 2-5 times a week customer, well I won't be going to this location again I go to show my app and the lady behind counter stated that she was not able to scan qr code, only barcodes ? Funny every other starbucks in America can. Mabe she needs more training and or mabe starbucks shouldn't false advertise that they are able to take that form of payment. So I didn't get my bonus points and or regular points for this order thanks.

I love that this Starbucks is inside Harris Teeter so I can treat myself when I have to go grocery shopping which is something I hate and always put off until the last minute. This HT located Starbucks is small but clean and the store is big and spacious. The Starbucks is right inside the entrance on the left with bar seating and (usually) some tables and chairs off to the side where you pick up your drinks and food so you can sit for a while if need be at a table and enjoy your items. (Obviously during COVID right now that's all been removed). I've always found the staff to be really welcoming and friendly and they have a nice menu selection with most things and some snacks. They don't have a cooler with the take and go items like larger stores but they do sell some merchandise and they do use the app so you can get points and pay that way. I stopped in earlier this week while on a trip for essentials and saw it was open so I used my free birthday drink to get my iced caramel macchiato. The all-time best drink ever. Noms. Delicious. Thank you Starbucks at HT for friendly staff and a comforting drink during hard times.
