Being a share holder and former barista for Bryant Park location on 42nd andv6th Ave in Manhattan, I was disappointed in the representation of the five shot green tea frapp. Too many cup transfers on the one beverage. NO PASSION means NO SMILES. I guess that's why I was given the fake and phony sloppy frappy smile as I was basically gaslighted. You don't ask if a customer wants it remade, because at that point you yourself know that it's not up to par. Keep in mind that investors, shareholders and owners come in as customers. Very disappointed 😞

There are some places that just go above and beyond. It’s very obvious whoever is managing the stores doing a good job because the employees are going that extra mile to treat people well there and it is obviously a happy environment.

I went through the drive-thru this morning with a bit of an odd request—a “birthday cake iced latte.” While the staff wasn’t quite sure how to make it, I ended up just ordering my usual. But when I got to the window, the employees had taken the time to handcraft their own version of a birthday cake drink just for me. It was such a thoughtful surprise and truly made my morning! Amazing service and such kind, creative employees. 💖

Your employee Kassandra- needs to learn proper etiquette . As I’m free and over 21 I’m allowed to smoke, in my personal car, it’s my right , and it’s her right to close the window, however for her to look me dead in the face, and say you’re smoking so I’m shutting the window , is beyond rude. She could have just shut the window without speaking.

I had to wait for 20 minutes for the Barista to figure out how to honor my coupon !!! She was like an investigator, she read the message over and over, the email and explored my app on my phone. Finally she applied a random discount that has no relation to mine!!
I’m sorry, but who in the world never told me of this STARBUCKS LOL they have a huge meeting room that you can Rent out for Meetings etc it’s AMAZING!!! The staff are super nice!!! 1000000% recommend
