There are some places that just go above and beyond. It’s very obvious whoever is managing the stores doing a good job because the employees are going that extra mile to treat people well there and it is obviously a happy environment.
My favorite Starbucks yet. Next to my work so I frequent often. They’re always quick, welcome and wonderful to interact with! The meeting space is awesome to use for work meetings. Look forward to going there for our monthly meetings each month!
I went through the drive-thru this morning with a bit of an odd request—a “birthday cake iced latte.” While the staff wasn’t quite sure how to make it, I ended up just ordering my usual. But when I got to the window, the employees had taken the time to handcraft their own version of a birthday cake drink just for me. It was such a thoughtful surprise and truly made my morning! Amazing service and such kind, creative employees. 💖
