Had a bad experience at another Starbucks and went to this one and they made it right free of charge and the staff was amazing and friendly! Looking forward to making this our new Starbucks! Thanks for standing by y’all’s product!

I was greeted when I walked in. Yes , my order was ready by the time I got there. I’m just not too happy that I paid an extra scoop of matcha for it to be clumped all around. I don’t want to have ask to remake things— a waste on supplies and time. I did order ahead to save time so, I can get to work on time.
Busy location but very friendly and welcoming staff.
So.... 8:45 at night and I ordered a drink for my 11 year old daughter and drove to the window to be told they don't take cash. What is this country coming to when a giant business won't take the American dollar. She politely told me that they would give me the drink for free because they already made it. So I left her the cash that included the tip on the windowsill. This is crazy! Guess who takes cash? Dunkin!

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. They made my drink incorrectly, and when I politely asked them to remake it according to Starbucks’ Barista Promise, the woman at the window rudely gestured for me to hand it over, as if she was in a hurry. I handed the drink back, and when they returned it, they were still rude. All I asked for was extra ice in my Frappuccino, but when I received it, it looked more like an iced coffee because there was barely any ice. If they had made it correctly the first time—which shouldn’t be difficult, since it’s just adding extra ice—they wouldn’t have had to remake it. Please train your baristas not to have an attitude when asked to fix a mistake, as this is part of Starbucks’ Barista Promise. Better yet, ensure the drinks are made right the first time.
