This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. They made my drink incorrectly, and when I politely asked them to remake it according to Starbucks’ Barista Promise, the woman at the window rudely gestured for me to hand it over, as if she was in a hurry. I handed the drink back, and when they returned it, they were still rude. All I asked for was extra ice in my Frappuccino, but when I received it, it looked more like an iced coffee because there was barely any ice. If they had made it correctly the first time—which shouldn’t be difficult, since it’s just adding extra ice—they wouldn’t have had to remake it. Please train your baristas not to have an attitude when asked to fix a mistake, as this is part of Starbucks’ Barista Promise. Better yet, ensure the drinks are made right the first time.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. The staff are so friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their work. I come here to do work once a week. They always welcome me in. It's such a positive atmosphere and makes my mornings better!

I ordered using my phone after I parked at this place, got to the store and my order was ready. Very nice atmosphere and relaxed even for a Saturday morning. The staff were friendly and they were chatting and laughing and having fun. Like they were enjoying their day. The coffee tastes good and the walnut banana bread does too.

Went through the drive-thru, was given the wrong drink 2 times. Went inside and informed the staff, the guy said “oh oops, I gave your drink away”. Remade my drink quickly but the matcha is not mixed and he STILL used the wrong milk. Asked for coconut got a regular iced matcha tea latte

Wow Thanks for Ruining My Morning with ATTITUDE at the drive through! Who ever the heavyset lady with glasses is. She wants to tell me how to order my drink that I asked for with a qaud shot of expresso that every other Starbucks in Hampton roads gets right when they follow instruction’s. Then when I call to complain about it I get her on the phone and she tells me She’s the manager. And then hangs up on me! Absolutely terrible customer service I will be reaching out to corporate.
