Drive thru only!I'm a novice at coffee so I greatly appreciated the help with my order.

The staff is very friendly. I have been twice at about 11am using the drive thru to get one Venti Dark Roast with cream. Both times no Dark Roast brewed, which is fine. My issue is...both times my coffee has been room temperature. Does Starbucks only offer hot coffee at certain times? Do drive thru customers get the old, cold stuff? Unfortunately both times I drove off a couple blocks before noticing and didn't have time to bring it back. I thought I could assume coffee=hot or at least very warm.

I come almost everyday before work (5-6 times a week and sometimes 2-3 times in one day) lol ? addictive YES but they make all my coffee PERFECT ? . They know me from when I walk up to the window, or the second I pull up thru the drive-thru they know my car lol ? I don’t even tell them it’s me ! I love how personal they have become! I only go here and one other location on the other side of the water ! Cause I love the customer service and coffee ❤️ AWESOME ?? TEAM !

Love thia location, but in the morning traffic is horrible.

I love this place but this time my coffee had way tooo much creamer (looked like tan colored milk), but I was rushing and they were rushing and so I rushed away just to make my own cup once I arrived at my office ?‍?

Well, this morning was a disaster. I was late for work, the buttons in my car now don't work, my car stinks and is sticky all because of my Starbucks coffee. I'll just say this, if you're going to charge over $7 for a coffee, you might want to make sure that the money goes to getting more secure lids.

Love Starbucks, when you order you know what you get and it is perfect. Tanya was very nice, glad to see a smiling face in the morning.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I come here about 5 days a week and everyone is always so friendly! The pick up window crew knows me and when they see me they meet me at the window with my coffee it makes me feel so special! They are the best !
