My favorite Starbucks also the first I ever went to but not the only. Service from day 1 was great, I've never seen anyone here not in a cheerful mood. Day 2 they knew me by name, I don't know how they remembered but they did and that means something when it comes to customer service. I haven't eaten here but always get some kind of latte, typically the caramel, the lavender latte was good also. If you need a pick me up check them out.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks in the area. It’s not every once in a while, it’s almost every time. Mobile order? Never ready, not even close to eta given. Drive thru? Be prepared to wait a minimum of 15 minutes in line (you could be one of 3 cars and this applies). Go in person to order? You will sit waiting and wondering why there’s 3 people working yet no drinks are being made. Then question why you came inside in the first place. If you have the ability to go to a different Starbucks location, just keep driving pass this unreliable location.
Ordered on the mobile app, and the drink was not ready when I went to pick it up. After I waited awhile, I asked the barista about it, and she told me she didn’t have a sticker for that drink. I showed her my receipt on the app where I had paid for it, and that the pick up location was at great neck. She still refused to make the drink and told me that I had to call Starbucks corporate hotline to get a refund. I said I didn’t really need a refund, I’d be happy to have the drink, but she refused to make it. My husband and I frequent the Starbucks multiple times a week, but not anymore.We were actually trying to cut back, but Now is a great reason to never go back!!
