Every time I come in here I say Im never coming back to this location but keep giving it another shot. I mobile ordered a tea and sat in the window for 12 minutes. I could see the tea the barrister eventually opened the window to hand me the ENTIRE time I was sitting waiting to be helped. At least they are consistent with how terrible they are at this location. I will keep going to the one on virginia beach Blvd. They are great there.

Been going to this Starbucks for years. My stepdaughter begged me to get her one of the limited run bear shaped cups that came out this morning.
Wanting to be the hero, I stayed up all night, waiting for them to open just to watch through the front window while one of the employee's took them for herself, bagged them and put them (only two cups for sale) in the back storage area. Then opened the door and when confronted, tried to lie that they were sold at the drive through...
So they opened early for the drive through even though there was a line outside for these cups...
There was also no one in the drive through and the cashier went to the opposite side of the store. I have left a VM and sent an email to the district manager. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I order from this starbuck M-F fpr my child with ASD. I pick it up today inside the store instead of drive-thru due to massive waiting line. The women at the pick up counter was rude and dismissive. It was 7:10a.m, I guarantee nobody comes to this store or any other starbucks for rudeness.

Ordered before taking kids to school to get their teacher a coffee. They gave me the wrong size but because we were going to be late, I kept going. Also did not like that the order taker had to keep saying a variation I needed is not on the menu but we can make it. Or I said the name wrong and they said that's not on the menu but we have this....just tell me what it is you have. The drive thru menu does not show everything anyway. In the morning especially when folks have to get kids to school and to get to work. Just make it please.

Summer Hunt

I’m not sure what happened to this location but this is the second time I paid extra for customizations for my drink and the customizations weren’t in my drink. I ordered a VentI caramel cold brew with extra caramel drizzle and caramel crunch topping. What I got was a regular cold brew with absolutely no caramel just cold brew and creamer and I couldn’t refund it bc my coworker had ordered the drinks through DoorDash so it was a complete waste of money

The lady that works at the store she was so rude and has attitude about it and she did not give me the sleeves for the cups and that’s so rude! She just handed the cups and that’s it and didn’t even listen what I had to say to her about it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Train your employees how to be nice and treat customers with respect that’s it.

1 of only 3 Starbucks I visit.. this 1 is my main store because it's closest to me. I absolutely LOVE this crew!! They are soooo patient with me.. I used 2 only drink frappes, but once I was ready 2 start venturing out and trying new things, they taught me all about the different types of drinks and worked with me to learn the different flavors and such to help me find a bunch of new faves for each season!! I love them so much!! Absolutely some of my most favorite people!!

My daughter had a rough day with school dealing with a bully so we set out to find a pick me up. I am not a Starbucks girly at all so when she said she wanted to go, I was feeling very overwhelmed. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Nathan! His customer service skills are absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping to turn my daughter's day around. You made ordering so easy and your kindness has probably turned me into a Starbucks girly haha. Thank you!

Ordered a venti shaken espresso, the drink was almost completely filled with ice and wasn't even filled to the top. Had to go back inside to ask for more milk as it was almost black. This happens every time i go and i genuinely dont know why I have gone back.
