This place is amazing. My husband and I have been here twice. Every single thing we have had has been top notch!Crab cake is all crab, not a lot of filler ingredients like other crab cakes.The truffle risotto with short rib is absolutely AMAZING.The she crab soup…I inhaled it. It was DELICIOUS.

We arrived right at our reservation time 6:45pm on Saturday night, so I knew it would be busy. We were greeted by the hostess and seated promptly. A male server dropped off a couple of plates with two small toast squares with butter. A female server brought over menus and water. Neither introduced themselves so I was not sure if one was our assigned server or not. Apparently the female was as she came back to take our order. We ordered the scallops casino as an appetizer. The menu didn't specify the count so we got one order to share. There was one scallop on the order, it was very good. My wife ordered the crab cake, and a side of broccolini. I ordered the short rib risotto. The crab cake was good, the broccolini was mostly stalk and not good, it was an additional cost side. The short rib and risotto were very good. The service and kitchen were a tad on the slow side, not horrible but a bit slow. We ordered desert, the lava cake and ice cream. It was small and a little messed up. We ate it and it tasted good. The male server brought over another one, we told him we had already received one, so he took it away and gave it to another table. Then the female server said she sent the second one over because the first one didn't look good. It would have been nice to know that before we turned it down, trying not to take what was not ours. So all in all it was a good meal, but at the prices charged it was not what I feel it should have been. Solid 4 but not a 5.Parking: Free valet which is very thoughtful.

Went here yesterday with my husband for my BDay and our anniversary! First fancy place I ever been to!! Great food, great service, very pricey $$$ but it was a great experience!! It was nearly empty when we went. They seated us by a window and it was beautiful! I got the Rib Eye with Fries, and my husband got the Beef Wellington. I had my first martini as well (Pear Martini) it was great! Will mos def be coming back!!
So unique, and for sure a staple in the community. It was described to me as iconic, and I could not agree more. The service was above excellent, the food was terrific, and the atmosphere was top tier. The outside patio is fantastic with their fire pits for cold and comfy nights. Thank you to for the amazing service.

The food was excellent as were the cocktails, atmosphere, service, everything. Our servers were incredibly attentive. I had the seafood pacchari and my friend had the short rib risotto, both cooked to perfection. We also had sides of broccolini and Brussels sprouts. The cocktails that we ordered were refreshing and sweet without being cloyingly so. Dessert was also divine. We’ll certainly be back!

My daughter and I recently had dinner at this restaurant. She loves their fried shrimp and I enjoyed the crab cake. Our server, Emily was awesome! Even the valet attendant was great! Looking for great seafood and excellent service, you must go to Steinhelber’s Restaurant !Parking: They have free valet parking
