the food was the best of that style I've ever had. Very highly recommend if you're anywhere in the area!
What they consider fried rice is yellow rice with only big chunks of not fully cooked onions added and general tsao chicken wasn’t fresh. Your total online isn’t what gets ran thru your card so assume charged a card transaction fee. Serving size compared to others in area wasn’t good. Others charge $1 more for lunch but it is alot. I trashed this food. Worst chinese food I have had in quite awhile.

Very disappointed in the Dragon and Phoenix, it was bland and very watery, will not be returning, 2 star rating based on the young lady behind the counter, she was friendly and communicated very well.
