I used the application to order my food and waited till the time indicated on the application to pick up my food. Came to the store and found out it still wasn't ready. The server said to wait two mins. 10 mins later, still not ready. If there's a specific time for food to be ready, don't you think they should focus on the mobile order first rather than the person in front of them? I guess not.**disappointed service. Tried ordering online and using the BOGO and payment didn’t, so I decided to drive by and order in person. I asked for the BOGO to be honored but they didn’t because only applies to online orders. I asked then for help with the app but no help was offered. Tried different cards but still did it work. So I ended up paying double.I suggested the clerk to pass by the suggestion to mgmt on making sure the app works.

Not impressed. I placed a pickup order on the app that the app said was ready. I call the store to tell them that I'm on the way, and only then I find out that they don't have the ingredients for one of the sandwiches. Mind you, this was over 20 minutes after the app indicated that the order was ready. If they didn't have the ingredients for one of the sandwiches, they should have told me so themselves. If I hadn't called myself, I would have gone all the way over for only half of my order. Glad I called and had the order cancelled. I will not order from this location again.P.S. I called again and asked to speak to their manager while the store was open, and they said the manager "wasn't here today." WHAT ON EARTH?? How can a manager NOT be there during BUSINESS HOURS?? Thank God that I can get a refund through the app instead of having to deal with them for it. Seems VERY sketchy. I recommend that anyone reading this not order from here.

I was charged $44.19 for a single foot long sub and protein bowl while at the beach for a soccer tournament with my son. When I called to address this issue after noticing the outrageous charge, I was met with resistance and a request for me to drive 3 hours one direction to bring the receipt in for them to review it. Extremely dissatisfied with this lack of accountability and help.

8 hours from home accidentally left my keys in this store, called multiple times to ask if my keys were there and was hung up on repeatedly and then they completely stopped answering. Horrible customer service, go to the subway down the street. Still have no car keys and cannot get anyone to respond.

Almost $30 for 2 footling sandwiches because he wouldn't take the coupon 2 for $13, that I mentioned when I came in. I wanted to walk out, leaving him with both his sandwiches, but felt that gave me little leg to stand in to make this review. My wife and I would have gladly dined on 2 full Mexican meals for lunch, for way less. The coupon was the only reason for stopping 2 for$13, Never again!
