Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and incompetent.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, only to encounter multiple issues with my order and customer service.
When I arrived, I checked the pickup shelf, and an employee named Arianna told me my order should be there. However, I immediately noticed that the sandwich was incorrect, as I had ordered a footlong, not a six-inch. Arianna acknowledged the mistake and offered to remake it. I suggested simply making an additional six-inch rather than remaking the entire order. At that point, she informed me that they were out of the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread I had originally selected. Another employee was asked to confirm the bread type, but she was unsure.
I asked what bread options were available, and Arianna listed several, none of which matched my original selection. When I questioned whether my sandwich had been made with the wrong bread without informing me, she did not provide a clear answer. I explained that if the requested ingredients were unavailable, my order should have been canceled rather than modified without my consent.
At that point, I requested a refund, as I did not want to pay for an order that was incorrect. Arianna stated that she could not issue a refund and that I would need to dispute the charge with my bank. I found this response unacceptable and asked to speak with the manager. Arianna claimed there was no manager on duty and initially refused to contact her. After insisting, she attempted to reach her manager, who did not answer. Eventually, when the manager returned her call, I was told that I would need to return the next day to resolve the issue. I said I asked to speak to your manager and Ariana goes she didn’t want to speak with you. However, I explained that I would be unable to do so due to my work schedule.
I then requested the store’s contact information, the manager’s name Shilah and Arianna’s name. Arianna became visibly frustrated when I asked her to write it down, and as I left, she laughed at me, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would like a resolution. I expect a full refund for my order and assurance that staff members are properly trained to handle customer concerns professionally.
they served stale chicken in my kids, rotisserie sub. I called them up and talk to cat and it seemed like she didn’t care. This place should be shut down immediately. There should be investigation on this shop.

The food was absolutely horrible. The man behind the counter seems that he used to make sandwiches at a garbage dump... he even got the order wrong without me noticing. And even though they were wrong they were supposed to be good...NOT. HORRIBLE SANDWICH. I A LM BRINGING THEM BACK NOW.

Would not recommend going to this location at all. The staff needs serious customer service training, there was no interaction and when there was interaction it was short, curt and inaudible at times. The guy working made a wrap, forgot to put an item on it, then ended up just slam dunking it into the trash can to make another one. A female worker came out from the back and had the same sour attitude. Worst service at a subway...ever.

Please train your staff! You don't have rosary chicken. I do believe it is called rotisserie chicken. Your staff should not have earbuds in listening to music while taking orders. Please do better!

Terrible customer serviceThey screamed at my husband that he was banded because he didn’t realize he couldn’t use a coupon for what he ordered. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes happen that’s no reason to scream and a customer and kick them out when he was respectful the whole time and apologized.
