Not Telling You Go Away
I ordered a wrap. They cut it in 3's and I was unable to pick it up. I was forced to skip lunch because I couldn't eat the wrap without a fork and bowl. I ordered a wrap not a salad.

Since they put in the machines you can order at, they have consistently made my order incorrectly. I eat at work so I'm not using more of my lunch break to drive back to replace my order.

Ordered a sandwich. The employee helping me put the wrong dressing on it. The employee, she started to argue about what was supposed to be on the sandwich. I just didn't want/order mayo. Another employee started making me a new sandwich and just throwing things into the bread, leaving hills and valleys of meant and cheese all over the sandwich. So I just asked for a refund instead of a new sandwich, and the supervisor at the time, debating why she should give me a refund. Calls her supervisor and told them I only wanted the refund because I didn't like how the others made the sandwich, not mentioning initially that the had made mistakes on the first sandwich. Issued me a refund, and as I walked away, could hear the supervisor there mocking me and making fun of my decision to simply ask for a refund. The employee who made my sandwich apologized, and wished me a good day, contrast to the supervisor mocking me out the door. Never going back.
