Don't trust the hours.... went to go get a sub Tuesday at 915 when they are allegedly open until 10 and they are closed..woman wouldn't even come to the door and explain just shook her head and very rudely walked into the back.... lazy employees at their finest. They'll never see another penny from me .

The business hours state 8:30-10. I arrived at 9:45 and the doors were locked. That is false information and they need to correct it.

I ordered a tuna sub from the subway app. Even though I ordered the regular amount of tuna, there was barely a smear of tuna on the sandwich. They put more veggies than they put tuna on my sub. Very sad. I won’t visit this location in the future.

Walked in at 915 on a Friday and was told they were closed, 'the open sign is off'.. Held the door open and pointed out the store hours till 10 on the door, no reaction from the employees....

I appreciate the amazing service from Destiny and Jonathan when I came in today for a sandwich! They were so sweet, genuine, quick, and still professional. Great conversation and just very down to earth. It is very hard to get people who do such a great job, so when it happens I def have to say something!

Today the first time I got my sandwiches wrong they did not read the order . I order a tuna w white bread and I don’t know what it passed this lady to put some other bread . My son got the wrong size sub . We got it fix but didn’t realize the bread was wrong .

I got my food delivered through Uber eats there were no issues with that. My sandwich was wrong they used the wrong bread didn’t put any cheese I asked for American and they didn’t toast it. They also put to much Mayo. I had to fix it myself at home. The whole point in ordering online is so you don’t have to cook at home if you don’t want to.

Very sad to see one of the best workers I’ve seen here at this location for a very long time not be there anymore! she was the best sandwich artist and most friendly workin person I have seen anywhere to be honest , and the last time I came she was not there and I had an awful experience. I will not be coming back to this location.The manager should have gotten rid of one of the others that were there instead of letting her go . I discovered she was gone when I stopped in last weekend and a young man was there to help me instead and he did a terrible job Didn’t listen to me at all with some earbuds in his ears, distracted by a totally different thing and Just seemed like he was totally lost I went an evening the week prior, and another guy was working and I had the same experience I Can tell these guys are not good at their job at all and don’t look to care to be there at all this location will surely go down the drainWhere is your work ethics people

Placed an online order today jan 21 at 1245pm when my husband went to pick it up no light were on and the door was locked but they had no issue taking our money for the order. Please be aware. Unable to leave a voice-mail to get a call back. If your going to close your store turn off your online ordering. Shameful.

They did not put cheese om my monster BMT!! When I called to inform them they had closed 2 HOURS EARLY!! I called the next day and the "manager" answered. I explained about the cheese AND being closed. She said, and I quote "aha" seriously??. She then said she would tell the night crew to remember to but cheese on the subs!!!! THAT'S IT! NO APOLOGY OR DISCOUNT!! Okeydokey, no more subway for me PLUS spreading the word.
