I got my food delivered through Uber eats there were no issues with that. My sandwich was wrong they used the wrong bread didn’t put any cheese I asked for American and they didn’t toast it. They also put to much Mayo. I had to fix it myself at home. The whole point in ordering online is so you don’t have to cook at home if you don’t want to.

Very sad to see one of the best workers I’ve seen here at this location for a very long time not be there anymore! she was the best sandwich artist and most friendly workin person I have seen anywhere to be honest , and the last time I came she was not there and I had an awful experience. I will not be coming back to this location.The manager should have gotten rid of one of the others that were there instead of letting her go . I discovered she was gone when I stopped in last weekend and a young man was there to help me instead and he did a terrible job Didn’t listen to me at all with some earbuds in his ears, distracted by a totally different thing and Just seemed like he was totally lost I went an evening the week prior, and another guy was working and I had the same experience I Can tell these guys are not good at their job at all and don’t look to care to be there at all this location will surely go down the drainWhere is your work ethics people

Placed an online order today jan 21 at 1245pm when my husband went to pick it up no light were on and the door was locked but they had no issue taking our money for the order. Please be aware. Unable to leave a voice-mail to get a call back. If your going to close your store turn off your online ordering. Shameful.

They did not put cheese om my monster BMT!! When I called to inform them they had closed 2 HOURS EARLY!! I called the next day and the "manager" answered. I explained about the cheese AND being closed. She said, and I quote "aha" seriously??. She then said she would tell the night crew to remember to but cheese on the subs!!!! THAT'S IT! NO APOLOGY OR DISCOUNT!! Okeydokey, no more subway for me PLUS spreading the word.

The tall dark skin young man (who I believe is to be the manager) helps me every time I come in. You can tell he loves his job by his amazing attitude! This has to be the cleanest subway I've been to. Definitely will be coming back!

Subway has these new heros subs with freshly sliced meats. I got a chance to grab a Grand Slam and was not disappointed! Freshly sliced ham with provolone cheese on a toasted Italian roll with tomatoes, onions (and I added spinach and black olives) with a garlic aoli and it was a good combo!

First time ever getting food from this location placed an order for pick up paid all this money for multiple subs just for it not to be right also whoever made the subs barely put meat on it i basically paid for bread waste of money

My visit yesterday at the Holland Plaza location was extremely unpleasant. After patronizing this location for several years I was told that the owner refused to honor the Subway offer of a free sandwich from their new menu. He refused to even speak to me. I will never spend a dime of my money again at his location and will now go to the Subway up the road in the Kroger Marketplace shopping center with friendly employees that honored the Subway offer !!!

I just didn't like the fact that it is 90-something degrees outside and someone stopped me from ordering my food to tell me I could not have the drink inside of there it was just Gatorade to keep my body hydrated I was placing a to go order that was very rude and disrespectful I did not appreciate it and it was not worth you guys losing money behind it dirty and filthy attitudes
