This Subway off NorthHampton & located at 1270 Diamond Springs Road is Magnificent. My favorite cold cut trio was perfect and I even used the APP to order. I am difficult when it comes to toppings and they provided a perfect sandwich. The store's team were friendly and quick to provide our sandwiches. It is great to walk into this Subway and it is so clean and neat. We will be ordering again soon.

I order from this restaurant through Grubhub often and get the same sub every time. But whoever was working yesterday 5/6/23 around 4pm. I got your long brunette colored hair in my sub after I took a bite. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore or Subway for a while after that experience. I hope management will require a hat or hair net after seeing this review to prevent this from happening to customers in the future. I understand mistakes happen but that was just honestly disgusting.

The staff were very friendly and greeted all customers when they walked in the door. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I ordered the 6 " Veggie Sub with avocado and she informed me that there is an extra charge for the avocado. I told her I was aware of that and it was fine. It was nice of her to make sure I knew, though. All of the veggies were fresh, except for the iceberg lettuce. It had a lot of brown in it, and the lettuce stuck to the edge of the container. It was obvious it was long past it's fresh date and was very unappealing. I stuck with the spinach and it was fine. Sub roll was fresh. My husband got the 6 " Meatball Sub. It came with four nice sized meatballs in marinara sauce and he also asked for Provolone Cheese. It was toasted, as requested. Roll was also very fresh. Good lunch stop.

This Subway was one of the cleanest ones I've ever seen. The lady behind the counter was friendly and attentive to my order. I will most definitely be returning to this location if I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks for the wonderful service.
Went there today to get two wraps. The menu clearly says,ANY sub can be made into a wrap and the price is$7.99. After the wraps were made the worker rang me up and the wraps rang up for 8.99. I brought thiss to her attention and said if that was the case I didn't want them. She called her manager and he said I could have them for $7.99 this one time. The menu CLEARLY says ALL wraps are $7.99. This is false advertising. I like this place but if this happens next time I will refuse them,even if they're already made. False advertising is against the law!!
