I ordered thru DD and was very upset about my lack of cheesecake, however I had not delved into my food yet and I have to say my tuna no bready bowl was amazing!! Perfectly made and I really did appreciate the 3 cookies , I was just really in the mood for cheesecake man

The sandwich artist couldn’t follow basic requests like not toasting a sandwich after being specifically told not to, or putting the right cheese on them. Going heavy on mayo after being told easy. Worker needs more basic training on how to follow instructions.

Let’s talk about how great Talia and David were tonight!?!?!?! The perfect duo to hold down this location without a doubt. I’ve been coming to this Subway since I purchased my home up the street in 2019 and I must tell you I have never had such amazing service as I did today. I barely got the door open when I was greeted by Talia’s cheery voice and David’s smile. From that moment they executed who was going to take what duties and rocked it out together. It’s been a long long long time since I’ve walked into a business and met not only 1 but 2 people who actually acted like they LOVED THEIR JOBS! I kept telling them how amazing they were because they just were and they needed to hear it and the management team needs to know it as well. Kudos to these two; the DYNAMIC DUO if you will; they are truly the definition of what customer service is all about and they both need to be recognized for it!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to see them because they are the type of SUNSHINE that everyone needs in their lives!!!!

Two young girls were working and it got kinda backed up. The one making my sandwich grabbed mustard and put it on my sandwich. I hate mustard ?. I could have waited for a new sandwich but I didn't want to. Ended throwing the sandwich away

I’m all for restaurants trying new things but the churros are not it. Not to mention the staff acted slow like they didn’t understand that the churros were burnt tasting, doughy af, and not even made right, while refusing to refund my order just because I tasted one smh. Terrible customer service. I REPEAT, DO NOT GET THE CHURROS!!!

I was a paying customer tonight at this location asked to use the bathroom and was told it was closed as a former employee of subway there is no way the bathroom is closed being that the employees have to use the bathroom as well I can see if I wasn’t buying any food but I was and that was a disappointment I could also tell the employees were ready to go home because it was almost closing time. The had to run to the back to get onions and avacado.

If I could give a zero rating I would. The manager doesn't know what he is doing. He fires employees for actually doing there job and being friendly to customers "being too friendly to customers". That's ridiculous I never heard of that before. That's actually good customer service. And stole cash tips from employees. Maybe the new owner should review the cameras and see who stole my cash tips the first 3 days I worked because when I mentioned it to the manager all he said is you didn't get your cash tips so basically he ignored me.
