WOWZERS tastes awesome! Fast, friendly service
I picked up 2 footling, I ordered online. Customer Service has never been great at this location and definitely depends on who you are. The sub bread was so hard, you could hardly bite into it. There was no cheese on either sandwich, the items we reu2ested were missing. After reading several reviews regarding no refunds or remakes, we ended up throwing away half of the sandwich.
This store charged my card for a 6inch sub sandwich and when I went to the store they didn't have the sandwich in their system and refused to provide me my money back or make the sandwich. Awful customer service! I left without my food and they had my money. Don't go to this subway they lack empathy, understanding, business ethics, and common sense. A simple we will make your sandwich and sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice knowing it's not the customer fault their system is buggy. I waited for over 3 hours trying to get my money back or the store manager to make my sandwich. The store manager even spoke to my bank who confirmed my card was charged for their store and yet the store management refused to make my sandwich. The store manager contacted the owner who stated they wasn't home and out Christmas shopping and don't give me my food until they make it home to confirm and find the charge 3 hours later the manager never made it home to resolve the matter. I even contacted the police because subway robbed me for all the money I had for food and would not be sympathetic to make me my sandwich knowing they charged my card and I had nothing to eat.

I order Subway all the time next to my house. This time I ordered from this location since it was the participating location for BOGO. The bread was hard as a rock. Never have I had that before from my Subway. Not worth the BOGO

My go to Subway location. Always accommodates with my food allergy request with no issue. Very thankful for that. Great place - Great location - Great ppl

My husband and I went in to get lunch and had a coupon for the 8.99 meal. The lady was rude and told us that she didn’t accept that coupon but accepted other people coupons. We felt discriminated against because the white guy ahead of us got to use his coupon with no problem. Will not be returning ever. This is the one on the corner of holland road and south plaza.

Went to the Battlefield Rd Subway to get a Tuna Sub. Noticed Tuna was very low. Ask young man “do you have any fresh Tuna”, he said yes. May I have some fresh Tuna? He went into the refrigerator brought it over and began to use the old one. I said, I want the fresh one. It was like he was zoned OUT!!! I should not have taken it, but was hungry and had a headache. Nevertheless, once I ate it, both ends were trying to get rid of it. Will NOT go to a Subway for a long time!!!! Sick in the stomach ????
I've been to a few subways in this area and this one is by far the best. Fresh ingredients, if your order through rhe app its correct, and they also put a decent serving on each sandwich. The extra effort is much appreciated!

Asked for more vegetables, and sauce on the app never got it. The bread was old and chewy. Not a good sandwich at all. This was my first, and last time visiting this subway. I don’t know why people cannot follow simple instructions. It’s not rocket science. It’s not like they was busy there where very few people there. I’m m extremely disappointed. ?
