This is a $9 sandwich! Won't come back. They also changed the chicken to shredded for the chicken, bacon, ranch and it is AWFUL! In case it isn't clear- there isn't even a whole piece of bacon on this $9 sandwich. When I asked about it, I was told I could double the meat for an extra cost!

This Princess Anne rd (Arrows Head Plaza) LOCATION IS THE WORST they closed down at 8pm on a Saturday Oct 1, 2022 talkin about they only got 1 person working??? Who fault is that, and why couldn’t 1 person serve 1 person I don’t get it ? they’re always under staff and doing things other then they advertise!!!!
Online order supposed to be ready over 30 minutes from when ordered.. got here 40 minutes after placing order and still not even started!

Don't waste your time here, keep driving. One mile away there is a phenomenal subway at providence Square.Unfortunately, last night I pulled up in front of the Arrowhead Plaza Subway on Princess Anne Rd. a couple minutes after 8pm. As I was entering my pickup order on the app, the young man sees me (as I'm the only car there), he turns off the open sign and leaves at 8:15pm. He walks into the convenience store next door, comes back a minute later and lets himself back in the subway without turning back on the OPEN sign. So I'm think he needed something maybe....Tylenol, chewing gum, whatever, no big deal, idc....I just want my tuna melt and a good night's sleep. BTW kid walked right past my car twice, obviously knows I'm ordering. #sorudeConfused and apprehensive by now, I approach the door (wearing my mask, of course) and knock. He opens the door a fraction of a centimeter and tells me his manager has authorized him to close and secure this location early as he is the only worker there tonight. He apologizes.I say all good, no problem.***If you are closing early or redirecting customers to another location, consider POSTING IT ON YOUR WEBSITE FIRST.Believe it or not, we depend upon this valuable time-saving information. ?

The staff here is excellent. Younger girl made our subs w bread she just freshly cooked. Small but the staff works hard to make it good. 5 stars bc of the staff
