Judging by the past reviews and my experience this store needs new ownership. Employees (including the owners) are extremely rude and stengy. Corporate needs to look into this store give the required amounts of cheese and veggies. I understand maximizing profits, but not even giving the minimum!? I try not to go there, but it's the only one on base, and they own the one right off base too

This store needs some training. Savanah doesn't pay attention. And if you try to correct her, she gets mad and tries to talk about you. Staff here don't follow directions and try to tell you you are wrong instead of fixing it. Better off going to a different one off base.

Feeling kinda duped after my transaction. Saw a sub on the app, verified it wasn't on a special but decided to order in store, just in case they were having a store special. Ended up spending $4 more than I would've via the app. Even though I brought this to the clerk's attention, she somewhat insisted on the in-store price and didn't even offer to scan my barcode in the app to at least ensure that I received some points to cushion the blow. If I weren't in uniform, I probably would've opted to leave the sub behind and head over to Wendy's. Absolutely no valid reason existed for the disparity in app vs in-store price and the clerk's nonchalance/inactive listening didn't make things any better. Lesson learned: order via the app and/or think twice before choosing Subway.

I literally got my food, pulled out, and rushed home not feeling well. Just to open a burnt sub. It was so crisp I couldn't even eat it. ? ridiculous as you can clearly tell it was burnt. They still bagged it and gave it.

Every Subway I go to I like to get my sandwich heated not toasted. And every time I come here they won't or can't do that. They look at me like I just ordered a Big Mac. Scratch this one off my future go to list.

Fast service, but only 3 stars because you need to look at the meats before ordering to ensure you aren't getting some old or aging border line meat. I have noticed some ham with discoloration and the roast beef with a rainbow sheen. Otherwise, great fast and friendly service, and if you ask for additional stuff they happily oblige you.

I hate Subway. I only eat here on accident when I forget that their tuna is stored at room temperature, is probably spoiled and you need to order double meat or you're going to get just a smear of tuna on a roll. Eat at a real sub place. Don't make my mistake

Just had to turn down a sub from here because the counter and the server were clearly unsanitary. He was wearing a stained football jersey and when he reached for ingredients his jersey was dangling on the sub. Then we got to the dressings and condiments and he pulled out the mayo and a bunch of dust and dirt landed on my sub. I tried to power through to avoid an awkward moment but it was far too disgusting.
