Very friendly customer service. Sandwiches were fresh and correctly made. Kiosk ordering was a hassle and off-putting. They also kept you from watching your order being made as the kiosks are right in front of the deli case. Fireplace and club chairs in a Subway... interesting.

The worst subway, we went for to get two Flatbread subs, and the guy behind the counter made ours, didn't ask if we wanted it heated, hardly no meat, he heated ours with tomatoes on it. We will never go back!! The one inside of Walmart is so much better and they ask you if you want it heated first.

I must say that the staff is great, but i will not use the touch screen ordering machines, ever. Leaving 1 overall star due to the fact that customers "must" use the touch screens to order. My diet makes it nearly impossible to order on the machine and I refuse to use one. Go back to the personal way of ordering or my orders will have to go to continue to go to Subway a competitor. I know several people that feel the same way. There is a lot of value in being able to talk to a person and get something made the way a customer wants or needs.

The sandwich i ordered to go on 8/12/24 was missing several toppings that I chose and didn't have any oil and vinegar. It was basically a roll with hardly any meat and was tasteless. Maybe if the employees were to pay attention this would not have happened. I will not return.

If I could give this Subway zero stars, I absolutely would. For one, I ordered the tuna sub, but it had no tuna. Instead, I got lettuce, mayo, and everything I specifically didn’t ask for. On top of that, it was absolutely nasty, as if they just slapped everything together. When I tried calling the number on the receipt and posted online, it was no longer in service. Avoid this place. This isn’t a Subway; it’s just a way, but not a sub. Nasty. Straight trash.

Everything is electronic, no actual customer service, unable to call in orders for pickup to save time. They want you to download a stupid app. I'm so sick of apps and repulsed by companies making me take my own order. Will never give them my business again.

Unfortunately I received moldy bread today from this location. Servers should be inspecting food and ensuring safety and freshness before making meals for patrons. Uber refunded us but Subway wasn’t answering their phones. I may drive over to physically complain to management but I’m 39 weeks pregnant and hangry at the moment so this will have to do for now. Check your food front and back side to side before eating as I’ve learned Subway consciously serves moldy bread. It’s an easy google search! ?

This used to be a great location with great staff. The staff is still great, but they have gone completely automated. You order off a touch screen, that is slow and unresponsive. It feels more like a self check out than an actual restaurant. It's not more efficient and it's just time consuming when the screens don't work/respond.

Accidentally placed an order here online instead of the one much closer to me. I tried to call to cancel the order because I’m physically unable to go to the other location, but they turned the phones off or something, the number doesn’t work off of the rewards app, on google, nothing. I’ll never have that money back now. I hate to leave a review like this but I need to reach out and have no way to do so
One of the best Subways in Hampton roads. Excellent service, quick and fast.

Let me start by saying I love this subway and most of the time I get great service but not this time I came in about 9:40 on 12/19/2023 to get a sandwich look like they were shutting down so I hurried up and ordered. The lady who made my sandwich was extremely rude . I understand as she very aggressively said she would be shutting down the store after this order I could tell she was ready to go and I understand that feeling so I was kind to her . I asked for extra onions have the receipt to prove this this women put 4 individual pieces of onion on my sandwich she put A VERY FEW more onions on my sandwich, I politely asked just a little more please , she said “ say when I don’t play the guessing game “ I told her when she thens proceeds to tell me “I hope your not kissing anybody after eating this “ I ignored her smart remark as again I understand she was ready to go home , I then had to asked her to put jalapeño on my sandwich after I had already ordered it she (with an attitude ) looked to see if I ordered this which I did ( it’s on the receipt) she put the jalapeños on my sandwich. I ignored all the outrageous rudeness as AGAIN I’m sure she was ready to go home . She gave me the sandwich and I said “thank you so much “ I kinda felt bad coming at 9:40 as I know they were shutting down so I went out my way to be kind even tipped them as I was grateful I was very hungry. Shen I grabbed the sandwich she said CAN YOU LET ME PUT THE NAPKINS IN THE BAD . I apologized and gave her the bag again. She put the napkins in I thanked her again. Up until this point I am not upset I completely understand it’s the holidays people want to be home with their families. I gave her grace for this reason . I went to leave and I saw in the reflection of the glass this lady flicking me off . There was NO REASON FOR THIS LADY TO FLICK ME OFF . I was kind to her . I tipped because I was grateful they took my order close to close . THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HER TO FLICK ME OFF AT ALL . I will be back everyday until I speak to someone above this lady . She looked like she was in her 40s and called herself the manager. I want the corporate number . I will be coming to this store EVERYDAY UNTILL SOMEBODY WITH IN CHARGE CALLS ME . She had no reason to miss treat me like this I will not stop until I speak to someone

I did not get to eat there. They want me to use a kiosk to order food, pay me for my labor!Not to mention, the woman working there, very unpleasant. Angry looking. Did my usual order using my phone number... toasted flatbeard breakfast and toast the green pepper and onion with it.... Today I ordered same as always...before I could even get my Coke filled up the guy said my subway was ready and he walked to the back. I didnt check because it has never happened but the guy didnt toast anything and it states it right on my order. I even tipped him which I regret now. The breakfast sandwich SUCKED!!!
