The place is clean and I got welcomed as soon as I arrived! Got home with the subs and the order was wrong… forgot an entire meat on one of the subs. Sorry to say, but this subway just gets it wrong more than they get it right.

Honestly, I love subway but what they are doing with the tap to order tablet instead of actually talking to a person while they make your sandwich is a bit ridiculous. Typically you’ll see them hand making the sandwich which guarantees you see fresh topping put on etc. with the tablet order you can’t even see what they do with you sandwich as well as it taking over 20 mins to get a sandwich made WHEN WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN STORE. Oh not to mention the worker asked what drinks we ordered when she had the ticket AND STILL GAVE THE WRONG DRINK. this location is terrible with service.

Went in at 4:45 pm and majority of tables were roped off. Asked staff why as the remaining tables were crowded. This was around dinner time for most people. She said the area had already been cleaned and swept. It was very obvious they had not been. They close at 10:00.
