Had to wait approximately 20 minutes because there was only one person working at lunchtime. Sandwich was o.k. but I've noticed Subway seems to be cutting back on the amount of ingredients they apply to the sandwich. Love their bread but starting to consider going elsewhere.

The absolute worst subway in VA Beach. Ordered ahead online and put more under each topping and barely got the standard compared to what I get at other subways. Barely any ranch making the sandwich dry as could be and the bread was burnt. Terrible experience and will be checking any subs in the store from now on especially when ordering online.

Only one woman was working and she was pleasant, patient and accommodating to a room full of guests. Restaurant was clean and inviting.
Kid-friendliness: Very patient allowing my son to order his own food and treated him with respect.
2 foot longs on stale hard bread should have trusted my instinct and avoided subway completely never again

BEST SUBWAY IN ALL VIRGINIA BEACH!!! I just discovered this subway, and whoever made. My sandwich did an excellent job. I have 2 Subways closer to where I live, and this Subway is a few miles from my home but it’s well worth the drive. I highly recommend this Subway!

I came for the first time at this location. I ordered two sandwiches. I could not believe when I got home the bread was old hard and you could not even bite into it? So I called that same day and asked the guy why is the bread old and hard? He said we can make a new set for you . I said ok great! So I came back today I told the girls about it that was behind the counter they said well the owner is there in a meeting? I said ok no problem I can Waite? I waited and waited???? They two girls behind the counter never told him I am waiting to speak with him so he can take care of my order? For over 45 minutes? This store owner made me Waite the he told me no we can't make the order over ??? I said what??? He said yea I can't do that? I told him the guy that helped me told me to come back in today so that I can get my sandwiches ? He said I never called? Then I asked the girl that waited on me yesterday if I called she said to the wired owner yes she did call. He still refused then keeps fighting with me about this ? The bread was weeks old hard and nasty like the owner!!! So was the meats they used!!! It's a dirty place they also would not honer any coupons??? Don't go here if you want good fresh subway sandwiches!!!! Find a better place to eat that honor the subway coupons and make fresh sandwiches!!! I wanted to tell him off but it is worthless when you have desperate business owners that will not give your your money back nore the food you paid for !! Go somewhere else away from corup business owners like this nasty location...they are very disrespectful, discrimination is applied if they don't like your color!!!this business owner wants to fight all his customers!!! Lol you should see how he looked as he fights with you over $ 20.00 dollars of sale ??? How desperate does he have to be ???? Dietary restrictions: You ask for double meat and you pay for double meat they charge you for it but only give you the normal portions??? They are corrupt and nasty old food the health department should inspect that place...

I work in retail and if your store hours say 9.30, then you take customers until 9.30. I would have been in and out before 9.30 but was denied. Extremely poor customer service.
this location close at 930 on a saturday and when i arrived at 920 i was unable to make a purchase for dinner because they already had the doors locked … works just smiling away like it was ok. the lady worker had already had the line where food goes broken down and she was cleaning. this is unacceptable for a business, if your hours of operations has change then it should reflect on google as well posted on the door.

I ordered an All-American sub which was supposed to have ham turkey and bacon there was no bacon on my sandwich my other one was a steak and cheese I didn't want them toasted so I got an ice cold steak and cheese and no bacon on my sub I will not go back to this Subway he was rude and started making my sandwiches incorrectly I had ordered online got there as he was making them he was putting American cheese instead of provolone on the steak and cheese and started to put cucumber on my sandwich which was not requested

I had a coupon I wanted to use and the man working this Friday who took my order refuse to prepare my sandwich of my choice on the menu. Instead he asked me to choose from the white menu instead. I asked him was that information on the coupon and he said know. I made a decision to not order and said no thank you & left out.I will definitely think twice before I come back.

We had tuna, ham and salami, and meatball subs. It was all very good! The only complaint i would have is that for only 3 six inch subs, chips, and drinks, the price was over $30.
