It's very strange... the material I asked was not turkey, he looked very bad for the other product I asked and he was not helpful at all. While I was asking for some more spinach, I wondered if he would sleep standing up. It's a very amateur place.

The sign and google says you close at 9pm. The sign said open and the door was open at 8:51pm on 3/19. I just left the gym and was disappointed when she said they were closed.As a person who prides herself in good customer service, this was again disappointing!Do better next time!

I usually come here for lunch I love the staff but the the black woman that works there she is super rude ! I waited in line for over 5 minutes just for a cookie and she unapologetic and so rudely tried to tell someone to cut in front of me so they could buy a drink even tho I waited . The lady excuse was she on her lunch break but I am as well that’s not a reason to cut in front and then be rude to me because I spoke up and said I was before her . Kind of unfair I didn’t like that treatment at all other than that it’s usually a 5 star from me but that lady and her attitude makes you not wanna eat there

Yeah hi I'd like one Supreme Meats sandwich with EXTRA ash flavor..... also this was $17. So disappointed.

My husband and I went to Subway in Loehmanns Plaza. As my husband began to give his order the lady Ms. T. (short black lady with glasses... had on a mask, so her face was not exposed for more details) spoke over my husband telling him that she could not remember his order because she is working by herself. So my husband said each item one at a time for both of his subs. She began to make his subs with aggression. As I began to give her the order for the 3 subs that I was ordering, after she made the second sub, she walked away to let another employee in. When she began to make my last sub, she asked me if I have any more sandwiches to be made, I told her no and ask why she asked me. She stated with a nasty attitude, telling me that because there is a customer behind me that she need to get to. Then she began to make other remarks to me. Then with her nasty attitude, she proceeded to tell me that we did not like it, we can leave. We decided to leave, but I asked her name to make a complaint. I also asked for the owner of the location contact information, she grabbed a card and threw it on the counter at me. She blurted her name out and I did not understand what she said, so I asked her name again. Her response was, I already told you one time and walked to the back, while the other employee took care of the customer that was waiting behind me. As, I waited to ask the other employee what that lady name was.... the lady yelled from the back still making remarks at me, then saying, oh so yall still here. Threating to call security. I asked the other employee her name, she said that she does not know and that they call her Ms. T. I will be filing the complaint with Subway Corporation and will never visit that location or recommend anyone to that location. A star have to be selected to post, but I give no stars for this location with Ms. T with the nasty aggressive attitude.

This subway is not bad compared to others.
