I’ve ordered from this Subway location twice before with no issues, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order last night for two sandwiches and a cookie. When my husband brought the order home, I noticed the cookie was missing, the sandwiches were not made properly, and the side of sauce we requested was also left out.
Additionally, I had included specific instructions in the order notes, which were completely ignored. It’s frustrating to take the time to add notes only for them to be disregarded. I tried calling the location multiple times both last night and this morning, and no one answered the phone.
I’m really disappointed in this experience and hope this feedback encourages better attention to detail and customer service moving forward.

My recent visit to Subway # 33671 on Shore Drive/Chics Beach was horrible. Besides our sandwich maker named Toro, who was polite, the experience was awful. They were out of some veggies, and the ones they did have were wilted. The store it self was not clean and outdated– there was water on the floor and a ladder in the corner.
The other worker, a young kid without a name tag, was extremely rude. He was flipping Toro off, bullying him about his voice, and tossing things around in the back. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
Don’t go to this Subway.

Ordered a sub online I had a code for a few dollars off used it. I knew I should go in and watch them make my sandwich, but I had faith that they would actually make it right. There was one layer of very thin meat. This is what they do to you if you order online and don’t watch them make your sandwich in person they purposely skipped out on meat and ingredients the owner is always there. She’s the one who made my sandwich horrible to save herself a dollar I assume well, you’ve caused yourself a customer forever.

Awesome experience in there and I like services and how there joking around there I am happy to go there and subs is so good to me. Weldone guys.
I've now had 3 horrible experiences in a row at this Subway and will never be returning. I will now happily drive another 10 minutes to the next location.
Some advice for management: train your employees on how to make sandwiches, train your employees on customer service, train your employees on how to clean the eating area.
I'm not sure who taught yall to make subs but perhaps you should know a pizza sub consists of 8 pieces of peperoni and 4 pieces of cheese. Ok. Not 4 pieces of peperoni and 2 pieces of cheese. Probably the worst sub I've ever had. It was literally embarrassing to look at and a waste of money. There are better Subways out there than this one.

The young men that work there have great personalities, They washed their hands right away before assembling my sub. While I was there eating lunch, we were cracking jokes and having a good time. Makes me want to come to this location.

It's okay. Portions, in general, everywhere are getting smaller. But, the woman working was polite, and it tasted fresh. It seemed very clean to me.

I haven't been to a Subway in years but I always remembered liking the herb and cheese bread and this special chiptole sauce, I like to go to Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's now but it was close to work and I was given a giftcard so decided to go. The owner was very nice but the food was horrible, I threw out the 2nd half of my sandwich. The spinach leaves and onions looked like they had been sitting for days in the container and the bread didn't taste the way I remember, it had no flavor and almost seemed old too because it was so tough. I was told the southwest sauce was the same but it was a completely different flavor and ruined the sub for me. I definitely won't be returning and will stick to what is always good and fresh at other sub shops. Ingredients weren't fresh here today.
