The people leaving 1 star reviews on here have way too much time on their hands and are clearly unhappy with their own lives and the world. Our favorite bakery in all of Hampton roads. The food is delicious. My favorite is the German chocolate cake and apple fritters. The mission of the organization is also amazing and the staff is always friendly and wonderful.
Update: They were very understanding and gave me a refund for my cake.
Ordered a cake on 1/7 to be picked up 1/11 at 12:00. When I show up the store is closed and I received no phone call so now my kids birthday party will have no cake. To add to that they are closed on Sunday so I have to wait till Monday to attempt to get my money back since I payed in advance.
